Ruby said "How you thing my kind would have gone anywhere if we would just sit on our tails and worry about all the mistakes we have done during the millennium we have been alive." Somnus didn't reply, he probably had no idea what to say.

They soon arrived at the house. It was old and looked abandoned.

"See? It's still here."

Somnus opened the door to see everything covered in dust. Many of the things that were there still remained.

"I guess they lived in this house until they died. Let's look around and see if we can find something useful."

"Nah, the captain wouldn't exactly approve of me burning down a house, even if it is abandoned. Plus if the fire were to spread, everyone would pin the blame on you."

Somnus was startled when he heard someone else in here.

"Finally, you're here. Took you long enough."

It was that wyvern who seems to have made a really bad joke.

"I was gonna warn you about that other wyvern sent by the vasiliá tou vounoú, or what you'd call King of the Mountain, but that girly friend yours wasn't very friendly."

"We aren't in a relationship at the moment. That's still a work in progress."

"Anyway, you two should go to the Wyvern kingdom, the small one, not the big one. You will learn what you need to know there."

The wyvern let himself out. Somnus looked over to Ruby.

"Well, we better get going."

Only after he left she spoke "You really going to trust that lizard?" she shook her head and continued before Somnus could reply "Why do I even ask, of course you are....if you really are going to drag me with you to their territory, I need to get few things from the treasury."

Somnus headed out in the direction of the castle so Ruby could get what she needed from the treasury.

"I wouldn't worry about the territory thing. Since they are a nation, they probably won't kill you for entering."

He had that loving smile he usually had for Ruby. While he was heading back to the treasury with Ruby, he decided to ask a question.

"Why do you still tolerate me? I don't completely live up to your expectations and yet you don't despise me like you do the other ponies. Why is that?"

"I still have no idea." Ruby admitted "It is something I myself can't control that stops me from despising you, even though there is lot about you I despise." "I can't say if I like you or more, as those being foreign consent to me, I most likely wouldn't recognize them even if I did, but whatever it is, I really need to try if I want to hate you."

"I need to pack up food for starters." Ruby said, "Getting meat on a go is challenging when you're not allowed to kill anyone." "I also need to make sure there's someone guarding the treasury during my absence."

"Sure, but I need to eat in Equestria too, we are about in middle of this land, so regardless of direction it will be quite a travel, especially considering it'll take about one more day until I can fly well again." "And technically I could hunt in Equestria too, since it's not like Celestia is going to fly to other side of Equestria because I killed a rabbit, but still, I rather have backup food with me."

"True, it will be be a long travel. I'll probably have to grab a tent. I keep one in the armory just in case I get deployed somewhere, though I don't know why I chose to put it in the armory since it isn't exactly a weapon."

"We could always have Green Mace guard the treasury. He's that guy who always makes those poorly written letters to the captain because he is mad that he can't throw eggs at the visitors."

"The pony you call nerd will start."  Ruby said, "I don't remember the names of rest of them, I never bothered to learn them, but the pony who's job it is to make sure there is someone at the treasury at all times knows who I'm talking about."
