Are they getting the help that they need to cope with such issues? What about the Mane 6? Surely with such a large chip on their shoulders, and having faced many villains together with their world put at stake, do they also suffer from PTSD? Do you think this would be a safety risk to their friends or others? None of the Mane Six exhibit any of the symptoms of PTSD. As far as the Crystal Empire’s residents, assuming that ponies brains work the same as ours, it ultimately depends. Trauma impacts everyone differently, and whether there is an inversion of how stimuli is processed would likely be case by case, similar to real world natural and man made disasters. Some would have had it, some would not. PTSD is curable at best and treatable at worst (with varying degrees of response) so again, if there is similarities between us and them, then the number impacted by Sombra may have diminished over time. Fluttershy has mild PTSD but not from fighting enemies but preforming in front of others. It seems like fighting evil doesn't really bother them that much but normal social interaction does.
