the base is located on a very outskirts island out side of the city, the base is kinda destroyed but there is enough there to still have a base, and the defense is... medioker now that all the clone's (except for 550) are dead, and yes 20% cooler is a high standard and that is what makes this RP so fun!, also if you have a problem with which the order of your questions were answered talk to my lawyer (p.s. i dont have a lawyer)

Mercenaries don't help the world by "persuading" people to fund them. If you want to help the world, join the army. In fact, Mercenaries are hired to do jobs that DON'T help the world.
