"Michelle! NO! STOP THIS!" Nurse Jackie screamed, tears pouring from her eyes. "Do I hear a little piggy in the corner?" Michelle dropped Skyler's limb body to the ground. "Passed out already huh? What did I tell you Johnny. Weak." "Nurse Flo! Nurse Flo!!" Nurse Jackie continued shrieking. Michelle turned to Nurse Jackie, bloody blade in hand. "Oink. Oink." Nurse Jackie covered her mouth and cried silently in the fedal position. Michelle turned back, John was now standing. "You fucking bitch. I'll kill you!!" "Oh. You're going to need to do better than Nick to beat me." Michelle spread his legs, awaiting battle. Nick charged at her screaming, his eyes red with rage. Michelle laughed and quickly side stepped out of Nick's path. While behind him she smashed him over the head with a canvas.

 

Randal, Aaron and Charles could be heard outside the door. But the door was locked, there was no way they could get in.

The trio ran to the art room, finding Katie standing outside of the door, and a whole bunch of ruckus going on inside.

Charles looked at Katie and said, "What's going on?!"

Getting no answer, he tried to open the door; no luck. He then tried kicking it. The door sounded like it might break after a few hits, but it wouldn't budge.

Randal stared at the door, his eyes open wide.

Nick fell like a tree to the ground. He should have easily been able to dominate Michelle's small body. Not only fast, but she was strong to. Much stronger than any person Nick had ever been up against. Michelle turned to the door, it sounded as if it would break in any moment. Michelle smirked. "Looks like we'll have to play again." Michelle stabbed herself in the chest, inches from her heart. Michelle screamed and fell the the ground, blood pouring out of her chest and mouth, "HELP!!" She cried.

Charles noticed a large, red thing on the wall. Yes, it was a fire extinguisher. Charles grabbed it, raised it above his head, and slammed it on the door knob, pulling it almost completely out. Charles then slammed on it again, breaking the lock off.

The door was wobbly by now and Charles kicked it open.

The trio walked inside to see a crying Nurse Jackie, a bloodie Skylar, a weak John, and a demented Michelle with a shank.

"What the actual fuck?" Charle said aloud.

He also saw Michelle on the ground, the shank in her chest. There's no way somebody else did that do her. Charles didn't know what to do. Killing innocent people in the army changed him, and he never wanted to do it again. But this, this is no innocent soul. He was frozen, having a mental battle of yes or no within his head.

Randal looked past Charlies shoulder to see a room soaked in blood. He doubled over and vomited beside the door at the sight, and the fresh stench of blood.

Nurse Jackie ran into Charles arms. In tears. Michelle was still screaming in pain, "help me!! John's gone crazy!!" Nick stood back up and grabbed Michelle, punching her in the face and breaking her nose. Michelle screamed.

Randal quickly turned his head toward Charles and said,

"What the living fuck do we do!?"

"Either grab some popcorn or interfere," Charles said.

He saw Randal's horrified face and said, "I'm kidding."

Charles tackled Nick down, restraining him, then whispered into John's ear, "Stop, stop; I know she did this, calm down and play along; she's a sick fuck."

Randal slowly walked into the blood soaked room and saw the now bloodied Michelle on the floor with the shank in her chest.

"Should we take that out of her!? She could die!"

Suddenly Nurse Flo entered to art room, tazer in hand. "Hands off!" She ordered. Chalres let go of Nick as Nurse Flo tazed him. John collapsed, he was unconscious. Nurse Flo ran over to Michelle, and cradled her. "Who did this to you?" "It was John." Nurse Flo looked over at Nurse Jackie. Nurse Jackie nodded. Nurse Flo frowned at John, "and I thought we were finally making progress." The medic soon arrived and took Michelle, John and Skyler away. Nurse Flo asked Randal, Aaron and Charles to help clean up the mess.

 

"I can't believe John would do such a thing." Aaron spoke as he moped up some blood.

After everyone left, Charles mopped up some blood. He the said, "Guys, I don't think it was John," he scratched his beard, "I know for sure that Michelle caused all that chaos. Nurse Jackie probably claimed it was John becaus she was afraid of Michelle. After all, she was crying when we got there."

"John is not even human. He's a killing machine. He has multiple personality disorder. Sometimes he randomly snaps and tries to kill the people around him. I seen him do it with my own eyes." Aaron teared up as thoughts of Misha filed his head.

"He didn't try to kill him, Aaron," Charlie said, "He was just trying to teach him a lesson."

Randal shook his head.

"Like I first said when I arrived at this place... This is a fucking nuthouse."

Charles laughed and said, "I guess it is, I guess it is."

"Michelle may have started it, but she didn't plan for it to escalate to that level. Anti-socials are narcissus after all. She wouldn't hurt herself, or put her in situations that brings her into direct physical violence. Think of Michelle as more of a 'puppet master' type fighter. Anti-socials are arrogant as hell though. She simply underestimated John's power." Nurse Flo spoke sternly, "Aaron brings up a good point though. His violent outbursts are getting more frantic and random. It won't be long before he kills someone."

Randal once again shook his head.

"And why has no one tried to stop them?"

Charlie responded to Nurse Flo, "Ye ma'm, but knowing Nick, not as much as you do, of course, I don't think he'd try to kill someone. Or at least, not with sharp objects. He seems more interested in beating the living hell out of enemies instead"

Charles remembered how the scissors were in Michelle's chest, "Maybe take a look at the wound, how deep, and what angle the scissors were at. That might show that she did it herself."

Nurse Flo smiled. "Multiple personality is difficult. John isn't hurting anyone technically, but he is at the same time." Nurse Flo turned to Charles and sighed, "John has a final personality none of you have ever seen. A violent criminal mastermind type. Easily capable of creating a weapon and attacking Michelle. As I stated before, Michelle wouldn't inflict harm to herself. The evidence is too great. I know it's easy to blame Michelle for everything, but fact is. John isn't safe."

Aaron frowned, "who will he kill?"

Nurse Flo patted Aaron on the head, "we won't let him kill anyone."

Nurse Jackie walked into the art room, "um Flo? I put the other patients to bed."

Nurse Flo smiled, "good." Nurse Flo turned to the three boys. "I'll finish up here, get into your rooms now. It's lights out." The boys left.

"How is she?"

"She's fine. Will be in the infirmary for a while."

"John?"

"He's in solitary."

"Skyler?"

"She should be back tomorrow. It'll be hard for her to talk and eat for a while though."

Nurse Flo nodded.

 

The next day the patients were let out of their rooms as normal. They were served bacon strips for breakfast, a rear treat. Michelle was nowhere to be seen though. Neither was John, or Skyler for that fact.

Nurse Flo had personally escorted Samuel to the cafeteria. "Enjoy your alone time?" Samuel stayed quiet. "I hope we don't have this issue again in the future."

 

Nurse Flo went to greet the new patient Tom Hansburg. "Good morning Mr. Hansburg." Nurse Flo brought Tom to the cafeteria to greet the other patients. "Your roommate will be John Tyler. Room 10 in the men's ward."

As Emma got her plate of bacon strips, she sat down at an empty spot and reflected at what happened last night:

 

As she got into the office, Nurse Flo decided to let her off the hook since she decided that Emma had suffered enough for the day, both physically and mentally, she then sent her to the infirmary to patch up her bleeding hands, which she got after taking her anger on the walls by punching them, for a girl so little, she's actually strong enough to crack the walls. Then Emma was ordered to go to sleep in her room for the remainder of the night, much earlier than the others.

 

And now, Emma learned that Michelle is in the infirmary because of an incident last night, apparently it looked like she was stabbed in the chest by John Gale, she thought, "So Michelle's in the infirmary huh, that's great, bitch really deserved it," After she ate her breakfast and drank her pills, she would go to the rec room like always, but she thought of a better idea: Annoy Michelle in the infirmary as she's confined on the bed. She starts walking to the infirmary instead.

John lay curled up on his bed, shivering from the past events. Why? Why would Michelle do this? Why would she hurt Skyler, the herself, and blame him? Was this payback because he wouldn't fucking kiss her?! He was beginning to get mad now, his shivers turned to violent shaking as he gritted his teeth.

 

<Let me out John!! Let me kill that bitch for what she did!! She deserves it!!> shouted Nick in his mind.

 

"No nick!! This isn't how we need to deal with it alright?! I can't give her reason to believe that I actually DID this! I have to prove that I'm innocent! WHY DID SHE BELIEVE HER OVER ME?!?!?!" John broke into tears, "I'm innocent... and she didn't believe me..." he muttered as he lay there.

Laying on his bed, Zach heard somebody scream in the hall and looked outside, only to see a croud of 3 or 4 people in the hall near the art room. He sighed and sat back down in his room wondering what was happening. Seconds, later, Nurse Flo came by and then saw that apparently John had stabbed Michelle with a pair of broken safety scissors after she tortured Skyler with them. And he just had to lay in his room and miss all the action, didn't he?

He woke up the next morning and shuffled into the cafeteria to find bacon. He sighed, sat down in his usual seat, and started eating. He noticed that a new patient would room with the new John. Can't say I'm sad to see him out of our room, he thought.

Katie listened to the screams as she sat near the door. Nurse Jackie, Michelle, Skyler, and John were all in there - who would die first? Katie was shivering in her spot near the door, and fell to the ground. She just lay there, imagining blood splattered all across the art room, like an abstract painting. These words repeated themselves in Katie's head: Don't get on Michelle's bad side.

 

After what felt like months, a scared Nurse Jackie quietly took Katie to bed. I guess i'm not going to share mu room with Skyler anytime soon...​ Katie thought, burying herself in the sheets.
