How to add a character?

I was wondering how to add a character since I just joined last Sunday.

Hi there @Writer Rhyme, first of welcome. Unfortunately you seemed to have joined at a bit of a wonky time. As of now the database is currently down. It should only be a few days to get it back up and running though.

As @Troblems mentioned this is being worked on as we speak. Honestly it will be a work in progress over the next few weeks, but at the very least it should be ready to reopen after a few days. I'll actually make an announcement when that happens.
