Whty did nopony question Sombra's resurrection?

Maybe i missed something, but, in Beginning of The End, why did nopony question Sombra's resurrection, especially after they all witnessed his destruction in season 3?

To me that because i'm setisfielt to see anything about him in the IDW comic or MLP universe so i'm tired to see him again and want to see anything about Grogar or Cosmos as villains in 2019.

You did miss something.  There was a bit of dialogue where Rarity clearly described him as having been "dispelled into the ether". 

Rarity: But... But how is that possible?! I thought the Crystal Heart had dispelled him into the ether!

Straight from the transcript. Now, why they don't question how he was resurrected (if at all) in Part 2 after he was defeated for the first time, that's another story. We all have our own speculations.

I guess it was more important to stop him than find out hoe he came back, and after he was defeated they had other issues and maybe they discussed it more off screen, as it wasn't important to the plot of the episode.

Exactly. Just because we don't see something onscreen doesn't mean they didn't discuss something. After all, the Season 6 finale ended with a line from Rainbow. "So, somepony's going to have to tell us what we missed" *roll credits*
