Meet Nightmare Void

Nightmare Void is a lone mare that is real calm all the time and lacks feeling emotions. She is or was a part of Queen Estella. Right before she gained her body through power and energy from the sun/moon.

She is a numb mare that doesn't know what a friend is. Basically, she's a lost soul. That only talks too Estella. She does not know nor have any connections too anyone in Equestria. Daily, she absorbs sunlight/moonlight. Then combines them. To make celestial energy. For her to stay active and to build back her empire she once lost a very very long time ago. The enemies she fought in the past. Grow tired of fighting her now. Still, she thinks they are lying. Even if they are trying to help her.

Estella does try to reason with her. To show that she truly cares about her and the ponies just wanted to be friends with her. 

 

Void...still doesn't believe her. Instead, she gives them time. Continues to do what she has to do. For she in her mind and deep down. Was always alone. Always independent. Never to have friends. Nor maybe...never to feel alive.
