"108 characters (20 is the minimum)" - below threshold?

OK, so I'm currently in a roleplay with @Emerald Heart and several others, but my post is apparently below the threshold despite being at 108 characters. Is this a technical issue?

Unless something was changed, 200 characters is required to submit a post in the Roleplay area.
