Just so that I get the general picture. What kind of room are we talking about when it comes to Tinker's room? how big is it and what furniture there is?

It'll be a pretty large room, not as big as a main room, but just a bit smaller. it has a walk in wardrobe, IT'd have a queen size four poster bed, carpeted floor and a large wooden desk. It has two glass doors that will open to a small balcony.
