Do you visit the forums to escape your life, or improve it?

I have used it to enhance my life but lately... probably for escapism as I have been procrastinating irl to tend to some things here. Doesn't help that home office computer is .. well, in my home and ... with 657463 tabs. c:

Both! It feels like the part of Deltarune where I've entered the Dark World and all my activities, friends, etc. are different from the real world...but also similar. I'm a magical purple unicorn here but also a genuine person behind the screen, so I tend to incorporate both "personalities" here.

I simply visit the forums to chat, exchange opinions and read other people's topics. Even though in real life, my former classmates and I have gone our separate ways, and it's been a while since I've spoken to them, unfortunately, at least talking to you on the forum is something.

no i don't use it for escapism, there are many ways to improve life quality than that (coming from a dirt poor family and uh.. a not-so-friendly household) i just love forums to talk to people and share art and hopefully some advice. escapism never helped me so i couldn't even if i wanted to lol-

I’m on here today because I’m physically unable to do anything else. I’m ‘infirmed’ at the moment and my usual activities are out of reach.
