Princess Celestia’s disposition - Can she be strict?

I wonder if it would be easy to make princess celestia mad, by accidently breaking some rule that she might have against loud music in the castle.

Most likely. Just because her responsabilities in pony society neccesitate royal etiquette when interacting with her subjects, it doesn't mean Celestia is not a pony with natural emotions and reactions.

I believe so, because it would be a disruption to the community or at least those inhabiting the castle and it is her job to rule fairly. She would probably express her anger in a more... calm and collected way and simply send the appropriate guards to handle it since she's thousands of years old... and has plenty of experience with these things.

The show was always making Princess Celesita seem evil and cruel, when she was never showing that. She even trolled Twilight and Sunset in Forgotten Friendship. I believe there is a truth to what the ponies believed, that she is actually more evil, but is not showing it when on public display.

I think it would take a lot for her to get really mad, unless it was at Luna (although sibling madness is a bit different than being mad at someone you aren't related to).

I'm sure she has a strict side to her. She's a princess, so in some cases being strict would be necessary.
