he is the prince of judgement, his name is Theodore the 4th so this role has been passed for generations, he is the 4th prince of judgement.

His clothes are inspired by royal guards uniforms but with some more glamour.

He lives in a castle by himself in his land in Equestria, he is a strict prince and he has a powerful army.
