researching Is there a "recommended posts" section in the Forums and where can I find it?

I thought I saw everything on this site, clearly I didn't. I see some users randomly reviving threads that don't get new replies for nearly a decade, at first i thought they were just hunting for old threads manually, but there is this post by Wizard, where she says that the forum recommended her a thread, and the post is Woohoo's post in welcoming plaza from 2013, the last reply before her post was in 2022, so there is clearly a "recommended posts" section in the site, but I just can't find it anywhere

At the end of each thread page there should be section called “similar content”, which basically acts as a recommended posts page. Here’s a screenshot of what it looks like.
