Try dream incubation, I've just taken my medication, hoping nothing goes wrong, fortunately there are no negative side effects. Sorry, cannot bring people any candies from a Nightmare Night festival as much as I'd like to give gifts to friends for when they return home from work. If only I had some lavender, I don't wish to start a fire in my bedroom, so lavender scented candles are out of the question.

They make lavender scented sprays or incense if you don’t want to use a candle. I used to carry a little bottle of lavender spray with me in my purse.

I'm probably going to put a pause on watching this last episode of Peacemaker to do my daily exercises.

What can I do in 10 minutes from now? even if I continue on with my fan fiction it does not make that world real, and nothing can. I'll probably never get the project finished anyway, not because I won't live long enough, that's not it, it's a one person project. Saying that though, in old age I could lose my ability to do it anyway, then who would take over? nobody. But on the positive note, it's fun to think about what ifs. Anyhow, in 10 minutes from now I am going to make another cup of tea, it helps me to relax.
