Those pony sculptures?

You know those oc sculptures and the pony figures people make I want to make my own but not like the doll repaints... I know how to do those already, but the actual sculptures that look like hasbro made them theirselves. I've heard they're made from resin molds or 3d casts or clay or all of the above or something else entirely 🤔

What do you think and if you know could I get some tips?

Don't know about people that create a custom pony figure from 0, how you said they use some material and look like a Hasbro pony. Actually most people make pony customs of their OCs based off actual pony brushables, they only use clay and other materials when the pony is damaged or have details the base brushable mold doesn't have.

I've worked with those but I've seen people make ponies that look way different an example of well known people being krowzivitch and many others like them.

I believe they make it using polymer clay which is a popular clay for crafting solid figures, myself worked with it many times before. However polymer clay may be hard for beginners and for ponies, it takes a lot of effort, patience and techniques mostly when trying detailed designs, it's also hard to add synthetic hair which is why krowzivitch sculp it. Overall I believe that's what you're searching for, so I hope I helped you out. :fluttershy:
