Favorite Disney Park Rides and Attractions

What are your favorite rides and Attractions at Disney Parks? They can be from Disney World and Disneyland.

Here are some of my favorites:

• Mickey’s Phillarmagic 
• Radiator Springs Racers
• Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
• Monsters Inc Laugh Floor

Another one of my favorites, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.

The Snow White and Songs from the South rides in Magic Kingdom.  The Spaceship Earth ride in Epcot.

The last time (Actually the only time) I went to a Disney theme park was way back in 1987. What I experienced then probably either doesn't exist now or does but has undergone a lot of changes. I also can't remember my experiences there since I was only five years old.

I also love Star Tours and Rise of the Resistance

For me, I'd definitely add Space Mountain to the must-ride list. It's such a classic thrill ride. Also, Haunted Mansion is always a fun one, especially with all the spooky details.

For the longest time it's always been Star Tours, especially the original with the Death Star run

Magic Kingdom Parks:

Star Tours: I prefer the original one to be honest, but I love the new variations as well.

Indiana Jones and the Temple of the Forbidden Eye: What can I say? It rocks.

People Mover: Gone from Disneyland but still lives on in WDW.

Skyway: Also gone, as part of Paul Pressler’s infamous purge.

Carousel of Progress: Still hangin’ in there at WDW, and still delivering that priceless vintage Disney magic.

Haunted Mansion: Perfect and mostly uncorrupted.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Only the absolutely original version.

Matterhorn: Still perfect and still unique to Disneyland.

Space Mountain: Original, before the music and theming changes.

Big Thunder: Timeless classic.

Splash Mountain: Back when it WAS Splash Mountain and not that lame Tiana thing.

California Adventure:

Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: Accept no substitutes; the Guardians of the Galaxy Mission: Breakout is an unnatural refit just to cash-in on Disney’s Marvel properties and it sucks. The Original version is glorious.

Epcot:

Spaceship Earth: A classic for a reason.

Mission: Space: Orange or green queues; both are great. But I still like the previous Mars incarnation more than the flight over the earth.

Frozen Ever After: They slam-dunked this one. I liked the (former) Maelstrom ride but I’m happy to give credit when they do a replacement right.

Animal Kingdom:

Kilimanjaro Safari: Just plain fun, informative too.

Expedition Everest: Try this one at night, in the rain if they’re running it. It’s insane.

Hollywood Studios:

Tower of Terror: Still the original, I believe…I hope.

I could yammer all day on this subject, but I’d better rope it in and limit this to my ‘short’ list.
