gaming Keyboard troubles

Yesterday when i woke up, my d, s an f keys weren't working. i messed with the keyboard abit to see i it was the hardware, obviously it int work. so me an my mom went to best buy to ask them what was wrong. He went into the control panel an saw some Programs an said there was an infection, so my computer has an infection. afterwards i went home an got Avast, it scanned the system an it found 7 infected files, it put them into the virus chest an delete them. but it still wasn't working so i have no idea what to do, please help i hate typing like this.

 

Also i have the 3 keys on a notepad file so i can try to talk right

Buy a new keyboard? or try it in a different USB slot.

its a laptop so cant and tried a usb one, still didn't work

I would like to help, but I can't think of anyway to fix this.

Try taking your laptop to some store that specialises in computer repair.
