There is a place hidden in the very far reaches of Celestia's territory where 'dangerous' ponies are sent in order to keep the rest of the kingdom in harmony. After all, not everyone can be frozen in a statue or banished to the moon, nor is every threat that great. In fact, many of the ponies being sent there now a days aren't very dangerous at all, just very off beat.

 

Strangely enough there is an eerie order about the place.

 

 

 

Probable reasons for being sent there

1:Violent threat

2:Depressive (Only if it is feared that pony will start effecting others)

3:Questionable state of mental health

4:Reckless to the point of harming others/property

 

Probably wouldn't be sent there for stealing and things such as.

 

This would probably get rather grim, so be prepared.

Feel free to go ahead and ask to join.

You don't have to make an or edit an oc specifically for this, just add a bit of background/personality change here. I'm not sure I needed to say that but I've stumbled upon threads that ask the profile be specifically for that roleplay, and I'm rather loose on that.

Give me a reason why they are a resident if they are, but a short one preferably. Though really not that necassary, if nothing else just give me numbers from that list.

You can play canon characters.

 

(Scouters are the ponies that decide who goes there, who make sure ponies stay there, and you bring them there in the first place)

Well, when he's crazy, he's a threat, When he's not crazy, he still sort of is considering those dangerous science experiments that might just blow up canterlot one day .
