Hey everypony this is my first attempt ever trying to draw the mane six, let me know what you think :) I can never get the eyes right :P

Woah, drawing all six? Woah...that's a lot of practice!

I like your shading style but you can try drawing them larger. (maybe use more sheets of paper)

Also, try to play spot the difference between your picture and the reference. If you see a difference (eg mane doesn't look right) change it so it does!

My critique:

 

Rarity:

  • You gave her a bean shape body. It looks off.
  • Her hair is off.
  • Tail is just right.
  • Hooves are too skinny.
Applejack:
  • Why is she so much bigger than everyone else?
  • Her nose is way too sharp.
  • Hair is right until you get to the hair braid, it isn't wide enough.
  • Bean body again.
  • Hooves are skinny once more.
Pinkie Pie:
  • Her head is at an odd angle.
  • Hair is good.
  • Tail is good.
  • Body is oddly drawn.
  • Hooves are better in this one.
Twilight:
  • I can barely tell this is twilight.
  • Hair iss off.
  • The tail is bigger than her whole body.
  • Her hooves are to skinny, and the one hoof sticking up looks deformed.
Rainbow Dash:
  • Hair is off.
  • Tail is off.
  • Her hooves are deformed, like Twilights.
  • Wings look good.
  • Where is her cutie mark?
Fluttershy:
  • Wings look good.
  • Hair looks good.
  • Tail is non existant.
  • Back left hoof looks deformed.
All in all, I give this a:

I do like it, but I do see a mistake with Fluttershy's wings there, Rainbow Dash's face is a bit flat on one side,but overall, I like it, keep it up and keep improving! ;)

I gave it a higher rating because they aren't necessarily BAD.

 

They could be much better, but a 2 is a little low.

Which is average.

This is worse than average, so it gets 2-1.5 .

Wow they all look super adorable! The only thing I can really spot is Applejack's nose, it's a little too pointy. Great job on the drawing, and I hope you keep drawing more of the Mane 6, oh and other ponies too! >w<

Her tail is clearly there, i don't see how you missed it!

 

I like them! ^_^ just round off the muzzle and they'll look more awesome!

this is amazing for a first attempt! i havent even dared give them all a go D: Im too scared they will drive me crazy if i dont get it right...

But I love it!

P.s i love seeing people's first attempt that havent traced because it shows some individuality in each, GOOD JOB!
