"Then we must be close to another group. Unless..." Fire Blade looked at Daeva. "Unless you are lying to me and we're all about to die." Fire Blade looked into Daeva's eyes. He didn't want to die... Not yet.

Jango managed to see a zombie just below her, she was flying in the air. "For some reason I don't want to kill you." Jango thought, puzzled by this emotion. "Well, you are evil, soo..." Jango trailed off as she pulled the string back from the bow, letting the arrow pierce through it's forehead, killing it instantly.

"We won't be dying as long as we stick together, now lets move as quick as possible."

 

As Daeva and the others ran in the direction to the rendezvous point we encountered a huge crack in the earth.

 

"I guess that isn't such a big problem, Splinter and I could just fly you over." said Daeva as her hooves kept on shaking from the thought of accidentally dropping them inside.

[Nightfall 3,950]

"Jango can fly on here own and I could teleport over there, if you want. That way you wouldn't have to go through all the trouble of lifting us up..." Fire Blade prepared a teleportation spell.

[Sun 34]

Jango flew over the crack, intently looking inside for a short while. Hm. Interesting that is. Jango thought to herself. "What do you suppose is in there?" Jango asked the others, still flying just above it.

[Nightfall 3,950]

"I don't know and don't want to know. I just want to get to Canterlot. Everypony else ready?"

Fire Blade looked at the rest of the group. He hoped they were ready for this daring attempt.

"I don't know what's down there but I'm not that curious."

 

After everypony landed on the other side safely we heard zombies crawling up and out from the crack.

 

"I guess we just woke them up." said Daeva as she prepared herself.

One zombie was about to bite Jango's leg that had already been bitten, but then just stared at her and kept walking up the crack. "Woah." Jango shuddered. The other zombies avoided her, and kept moving up the crack. Jango flew over to them, wondering why they didn't bite her.

Fire Blade ready his rifle. "Go on ahead! I'll met you guys later! I'll hold them off here! RUN!" He began shotting the zombies that got to the top of the hole.

 

"I don't know what's down there but I'm not that curious."

"I guess we just woke them up." said Daeva as she prepared herself.

"I'll help." Jango said, knowing they wouldn't do much to her. She just knew.She walked towards one, and they began walking past her. She gave a whack with her bow to the zombies heads, and they popped right off.

"I can't leave you here, you'll die!" replied Daeva.

 

She couldn't let Fire Blade just die so she flew up onto one of the clouds and started killing the zombies one by one.

 

After a few shots she knew it almost out of ammo so she took out her G36C, flew down and knocked a few zombies away from Fire Blade as she tries to make a run for it.

"I can't leave you here, you'll die!" replied Daeva.

 

She couldn't let Fire Blade just die so she flew up onto one of the clouds and started killing the zombies one by one.

 

After a few shots she knew it almost out of ammo so she took out her G36C, flew down and knocked a few zombies away from Fire Blade as she tries to make a run for it.

 

"I'm trying to protect all of you! Just run!"

Fire Blade kept firing at the zombies, hitting one every two shots. Finally, the sounds he wished he wouldn't hear. Clicks. He shot a few magic blasts at some of the zombies as he slowly backed up.

''LEAVE NO MAN BEHIND!'' Splinter yelled while shooting a zombie in the head. ''I'd figure you'd need some help here, Rookie.'' Splinter said while looking at Fire Blade.

[Nightfall 3,950]

Fire Blade laughed as he pulled out a sword.

"Rookie? You haven't seen me in battle, then." He swung and beheaded a zombie. "Fine. Let's go!"

Fire Blade began to run away.

[Azura 1,107]

"Men? What in the hoof does that mean?" asked Daeva as she continued running and gunning.

 

As Daeva and the others were running she saw the monster again, watching us getting attacked by zombies.

 

She was confused why it didn't attack us when we're so vulnerable.

 

"Maybe it's friendly." she said in a soft voice that no one heard.

[Nightfall 3,950]

Fire Blade kept running backwards. He took out his pistol and took a couple of shots.

"I'm sure it's just an expression, Daeva!" He used a couple of magic blasts to knock back a few of the closer zombies.

''Wait up!'' Splinter said while running to catch up with him. ''You know.. You could start slowing down. Aren't these things slow?'' Splinter said while looking behind them. They were charging rapidly. ''I stand corrected.'' Splinter said while rolling his eyes.

[Sun 34]

"He's not alone. I'm here to help too." Jango said, as she had said before this too. She continued to slay the zombies, one by one. Staring at Daeva, she waited for a reply. A zombie tried to swing at her head but she ducked, bucking it back into the hole.

[Cherry Blossom 864]

"Look over there! It's a gas truck, we can use it to slow them down!" Snow Flake yelled as he reached in his pockets for a lighter. "Does anypony have a lighter?!" Snow Flake panicked.

[Azura 1,107]

"The zombies know how to run, they're not that dumb."

 

Daeva slowed down so she could catch her breath before she continued.

 

"You guys can go on, I'll catch up later." She sat on near one of the trees and reloaded all of her guns.

Butcher kept on walking, hearing Sparrow's steps behind him, but not Thunder's. His annoyance had finally snapped as he turned around. "Thunder! Move, NOW! I'm NOT wasting anymore time than I need to!" He broke into a full blown gallop, and charged off.

Thunder stretched his wings and followed the rest of Charlie squad. "We should go fast as possible. The next town is Fillydelphia," he called down to his companions. As he was flying he noticed a small group of zombies crowded around an old minecart.

"There's no way I can leave you here, Daeva." Fire Blade shot some magic at a few zombies. "No way. You're not dying on my watch."

 

 

"The zombies know how to run, they're not that dumb."

 

Daeva slowed down so she could catch her breath before she continued.

 

"You guys can go on, I'll catch up later." She sat on near one of the trees and reloaded all of her guns.

 

[Bari 7,023]

"Fillydelphia, eh? We should really resupply once we get there." Sparrow declared as he picked up his speed to match Butcher's. With an easy kick off, Sparrow got into the air. He looked over to the younger Pegasus, noticing he wasn't moving as fast. Seeing consternation on Thunder's face, he had to ask, "What's the matter, losing focus?"

"I'm fine, now lets continue moving before any more of them show up."

 

Daeva and Fire Blade started running towards Splinter and Jango.

 

"We didn't miss out on anything right?"
