It looks good I guess (where is the second arm?) , but why did you make those two lines on the arm? I think you put these on the other side of the arm.. You know to make the elbow appear.. I am not really a fan of humanized stuff but it's good.

On a critical note, there probably should be more hair on top since it appears like she does not have a top to that cranium of hers, or it could also be interpreted as very thread like hair barely clinging to her scalp.

 

Also with the position the other arm is in with it being behind her back, shouldn't it make sense to have it hold the other arm around the middle and brace it making it more viable to where the hand goes? It would add a bit more detail to the picture overall.
