For MS paint, that's not too shabby. I would've just used the circle tool to make a circle for the head, body, eyes, and then use the pencil thing to draw stick legs and pupils and mane/tail, then bucket-fill with appropriate colors. Yes, I'm lazy.

But, seriously. Spyro40k, there's a free image editor out there called Paint.NET. It's not as good as a fancy program like Photoshop, but it's certainly better than MS paint. If you don't know about it, you might try downloading it.
