OOC: Something I've been confused about...do we have other ponies here...like one's that are just kind of background characters with us. Not ponies that are controlled by RPers.

 

"Yeah...that's true...when ponies aren't injured I generally try to take care of supplies. Since most ponies are getting supplies I guess we wait. Sorry, what I do really isn't as exciting as what your used to."

"It's alright, but do you think there will be a cure to this infection?" The white mare asked as she wiped the tears off of her own face. "I mean I just don't like to watch those monster- ill ponies getting killed." She implied as she hit the ground with her fore leg.

"I don't know, I don't know enough about Microbiology to be able to say. I'm sure that there are many scientists in Canterlot that could tell us. But I'm relatively useless here. What are we gonna do now since you stepped down as the leader? Silver Heart asked.

"I don't know, but I can't be leader, somepony else has to take the role. Well I'm a bit hungry now so I'll go get myself an MRE. I'll be right back!" Octavinyl replied as she flew off into a supply tent. Though she was lying and she started to flying away from the military encampment, but in a low profile so nopony would notice her.

 

'I'm so sorry Silver Heart that I lied, but I just have to go away...' Octavinyl thought to herself as she flew away.

"Alright, I'll be here." Silver Heart said as she watched Octavinyl fly off. Silver Heart was unaware of Octavinyls treachery and sat by herself waiting expectantly for her friend to come back. Silver Heart was a very patient mare and could be naive at times.

Octavinyl flew away into an abandoned apartment she lived in, the building was secure so she took shelter inside of it. As she laid on a bed of an apartment room, she thought about what she had just done. Not only did she just lie to a good friend, but she would've made the others worry. Then again who would care about her anymore...

It had been awhile and Silver Heart had become curious as to what her friend was up to. She's probably crying again somewhere by herself. She really needs some help before she tries to hurt herself again. Silver Heart decided to look around the base for her friend.

Octavinyl took off the medic suit and placed it in the closet. The mare was feeling hungry so she got herself an apple from the fridge. After she ate, Octavinyl washed up in a shower and went to her bedroom. Everything was still there and nopony came inside so she got herself tucked in the bed and afterwards she tried to sleep.

Silver Heart had wandered around the military base looking for Octavinyl. When she didn't find her she began panic. Nopony had known where Octavinyl had gone. Silver Heart didn't know what to do, she wanted to look for her friend but she couldn't just leave the ponies here without a medic....could she?

Octavinyl didn't fall asleep at all, she was still feeling guilty about lying to Silver Heart. Being sensitive always just works against her like this, but she was determined not to go back when she made her choice. Octavinyl couldn't get over it and she just kept feeling sad.

OOC: I'm finally getting Silver Heart in on some action! Yaay! It just took me like a week and a non character breaking reason! Serisouly I am pleased.

 

Silver Heart waited until night time when not many ponies were paying much attention. Silver Heart sneaked into the armory and grabbed a Pulse Repeater Rifle along with three magazines for it. She hoped that she wouldn't have to use it, but it weas better to bring it with her just in case. She than looked at her friends and sent a prayer to Celestia, hoping that she would be back unharmed with Octavinyl by morning. Silver Heart silently moved into the surrounding forest and hoped she would find Octavinyl soon.

Octavinyl couldn't sleep so she got herself up and went to her living room. She started to plan what she would do next morning if she was going to survive by herself. Still feeling a little guilty about leaving everypony she left the apartment building and went out into the night to get some fresh air.

Flame sat on the roof of the armory, keeping lookout but, then he heard somepony open the door to the armory below. he pulled out his knifes and flew down so he was facing the door, getting ready to attack he kicked it open. SilverHeart ? what are you doing here ? and why are taking a pulse rifle ? He asked sheathing his knives.

Silver Heart jumped when the door was kicked open. "Oh...hi Flame Dancer...I...um..." Silver Heart stuttered as she tryied to think of a lie to tell Flame Dancer, however nothing plausible came to mind, "I..I'm going to look for Octavinyl. I think she ran off, I'm not sure but I haven't seen her for a few hours. I'm sure I'll be fine and I'll be back before morning...please don't stop me..."

I'm not trying to stop you, in fact I think its a very good idea... That's why i'm coming with you. Flame said taking down some body armor and a helmet from the shelf. The night was getting colder so Octavinyl shivered outside, but the fog had come back and thicker than usual. She quickly flew back into her apartment room and tucked herself warm in a bed. 'I've betrayed them all by leaving them, no...I abandoned them.' She thought to herself as she tried to get some sleep.

Silver Heart was relieved to hear that Flame Dancer wanted to come along. "Thats...that's great to hear, I was actually worried about what I would do if I ran into any of the zombies. We should probably get moving." Silver Heart said as she walked out of the armory.

 

(OOC: I'm feeling pretty tired so I'm gonna go to bed early. If I may ask, I'd prefer you didn't continue too much without me, but if you want to plese don't find Octavinyl just yet. Sorry if this is rude. I kind of had some plans for stuff to happen to Silver Heart.)

Earth Opal pointed out two moving figures a short distance away. "Who are you! What are you doing here," he called, looking at the two ponies. Earth had seen Octavinyl leave, and he hadn't done anything to stop her. But for another two ponies to appear, or as he now realized, another two ponies leavning, he was beginning to question the intentions.

Silver Heart wanted to run away from the pony that had spotted them, she wasn't sure if that would be the best move. She looked at Flame Dancer "What should we do? Should we run or try to talk our way past him?" Silver Heart nervously asked as she looked over to the pony, who she now recognized as Earth Opal.

I think we should tell him where we are going, but if he try's to stop us than to bad for him because we are going to find Octavinyl. Flame said walking over towards Earth Opal. Earth Opal's brows furrowed. but it made sense for somepony to look for her. "Okay, I'll tell everypony else where you ponies disappeared to." Earth Pony looked at the military encampment, where ponies still got their weapons. "C'mon everypony, we need to get going!"

"Where are y'all going from here?" Silver Heart asked, she hadn't even thought that they may leave the camp before morning came. Silver Heart looked out into the menacing forest, she really hoped that Octavinyl would be okay by herself. Silver really hoped that most of the corrupted ponies had moved to Ponyville and weren't wandering around the forest.

Everything is going to be alright SilverHeart. Flame said smiling at the unicorn.

If we are going to find Octavinyl than we need to know where the group will be moving so we can meet you there. He said looking at Earth Opal. I heard something about moving to Canterlot but then somepony else said something about moving too a food store in Ponyville.

Octavinyl couldn't sleep at all, so she got out of her apartment room, while wearing her favorite white hoody sweater with a an eigth note stiched onto it. She also wore her sleeping robe to stay warmer outside and her music headset to listen to some calming music, but it was strange for her to be doing these things in an outbreak.

"Ok everypony, since Octavinyl is gone, I feel like I should take charge at least until she gets back. Is everypony in favor of this decision?" Vinyl looked around to see if anypony objected. She started thinking. I would go and get Octavinyl myself, but I feel like I should stay and keep things in order. I saw two ponies leave, presumably to go get her, but I feel like something is going to go wrong. Oh Celestia! I'm torn between the two decisions!
