Hey everypony! Y'all gotta Protect fluttershy now!

 

A zompony begins to close in on the unguarded pegasus. So Applejack throws her rope around its torso pulling until it falls at her hooves. Where she immediately curb stomps its skull, delivering an unsettling crunch to the now motionless creature.

 

AJ stands over Fluttershy waiting for the next challenge...

The loud, sickening crunch was enough of a shock to snap the staggered pegasus back into consciousness, her eyes (no pun intended) fluttered open, her vision was still very blurry, a small act of mercy from whatever had been watching over her at that point.

 

She didn't need to see the gore that laid just before her eyes. "Appleje-... jack?" Fluttershy started, though soon came to realize she barely had the strength to hold her head up, let alone stand. "Apple... Jack..." she said in a cooing whisper." I- *cough* I had.... An awful dream..."

 

She meekly lifted her head towards where she heard Applejacks' voice. "Please... Tell me that every.... Everypony is okay..."

Shade gets up from the ground... Still with water in her eyes.. She gets her crowbar and owns 5 zomponies...

 

Shade: youl pay for what you did to Zecora!!!

Rarity see if you can get anything from the hut... We'll hold them off!

 

Rarity runs into the hut... She looks for anything usefu... She opens a closet door and....

 

Rarity: TWILIGHT dear!!!!!!!!

Twilight: RARITY!!!!

 

Both of them hug...

 

Rarity: what were you doing at Zecoras?

Twilight: well I left ponyville to get some tea... And to learn some things with alchemery... Then, we were attack... By zomponies!

Rarity: well then you haven't seen ponyville... It's a disaster...

Do you have anything useful to use for surviving?

Twilight: not much... All I have is some bandages and a pint of blood... With some potions like... Cure, heal, and just empty glass...

Rarity: a pint of blood?

Twilight: 2 Actuly...

Rarity: that's exactly what we need for flutershy!

Twilight: flutershy is here? Is she ok?

Rarity: yes.. She just lost some of her blood... That's all...

"Sort of.I was in Cloudsdale where it was very quiet for some reason.Then i heard moaning and groaning sounds.I looked out of the window and i saw white eyed,bloody ponies wandering around.I got out as fast as i could.I was real scared.I got a crowbar a bandage and a painkiller and i got out as fast as i could.Then a zompony caught me.I used my full power to get out of there."Fire Red sighed."I was real scared..." You and me both Red. It's always great to get more survivors. The more we have the more likely we are to survive.Seafoam then turns away and sneaks past the few zomponies left and grabs her knife from the head of the one she killed. He moans one last time and she screams so she stabs it 5 more times in the head. Say I'm gonna start double tapping from now on.

Parso managed to relocate his foreleg with a loud pop sound. it hurt like hell but at least he could move it again. he picked up his pole and charged towards shade, using the pole as a pike, impaling three zomponies in the face. he killed off the zomponies attacking shade and helped her up, at this time, all of the attacking zomponies had been wasted.

 

Parso approached the body of the zebra he never knew

"ripsoa in pace" (rest in peace)

parso put a hoof over her eyes and closed them, the look on pinkies face was unbearable. he had her held in a deep hug as she cried into his shoulder. reminded him of his distant sister at his mothers funeral, it wasnt the only sound of mourning, he could also hear other ponies crying mournfully

Seafoam walks over to others. Hey guys? What's so sa- She sees Zecora's body and stops in her tracks. Oh... She begin's to silently cry and hugs pinkie. She then walks over and sits by her body. She's in a better place now... ya let's just go... She pockets her knife, picks up her bag and walks silently. She is still silently shedding tears. So... you're shade right?

Parso scoops up pinkie and rests her on his back, he trots after the others into zecora's house.

"its getting late, should we stop for the night while we have shelter?"

he looked around for more bottles, petroleum, rags and matches so he can make more molotov ponytails

he found enough to make one more but that was it, until he stumbled across a flashlight sitting on one of the counters

shade just walks away she goes up to a tree... and starts crying....

 

she didnt like the fact of death, and zomponies...

 

she looked at her wing and took off the bandage... she stretched it.. then she continued to cry...

 

she thinks: now that we have a big groop... i dont want to loose any of them... sniff*

parso thought, lonely, but with all of us around? until the point actually hit him. he walked up to and sat next to shade. he wrapped his wings around her

"you're worried about losing one of us, I can see it in your eyes. don't worry, we all have eachothers back. I'm worried about you shade, at times i think you just stand there just waiting for them to finish you. just remember, we're all here for you."

the determination in his voice meant he wouldnt take no for an answer, he picked up his pole and sat inside, just infront of the door. he wanted to make the night last longer as tomorrow, he'd be shrouded in sadness

Shade wakes up... She checks up on flutershy...

Shade: breathing is good, hart rate normal, cuteness in check...

 

Shad smiles and rubs flutershys main...

 

Shade looks at parso... Who might have fallen asleep...

 

Shade: hey parso... You awake?

 

Twilight wakes up... (after parso's reponce I needed 10 more letters...)

he stared at the dirt, he scratched a picture of a cake into the ground and gained a face of depression. he didn't want to show it, but he couldnt stop the tears rolling down his cheeks.

"whats wrong parso?"

"i..its my birthday, 23 years and I can tell its gonna be my last"

pinkie pie had him in a hug and kissed him on the cheek

"happy birthday, enjoy it while it lasts"

parso nodded at his comforting pink friend, and then stared at the picture of the cake again

Shade: what?

Twilight: I know I sayed this already but I'm thankful and well... If this zomponie thing ends... I think we could be friends...

Shade: yes... But we should get this plan sorted out... You are a good organizer...

Twilight: hahaha yes... I am... Well...

 

They take a look at the map..

Twilight: we will hit some military baces... And we can get some real wepons... Then we will travel through this small town... After some traveling we will hit canterlot... What should we do after that?

Shade: we will find out after canterlot...

Fluttershy was asleep, her dreams were back to being peaceful, just hearing Applejack, Rarity, and Twilights' voices were enough to calm her down a bit, she was also begining to warm back up, thanks to the blood transfusion Twilight had given her. Although her dream came to an ubrupt end when she heard Shades' elevated voice, "HUP EVERYPONY!"

 

Fluttershys' eyes shot open, she took in her surroundings and couldn't quite piece two and two together, why was she at Zecoras'? Who were some of these other ponies? Why were her friends here?

"Wha-*gasp*" although the transfusion she received helped her to recover, she tried to stand up too quickly and became light-headed. She quickly laid back down to try and stop the room from spinning, and to ease the queasiness in her stomach.

 

"Wha- What's going on.... Girls?" she said speaking to Rarity and Pinkie as they were gathering thier things to get ready to move again. pinkie tired to comfort her shy friend, it seemed to work a little, pinkie's trial at laughter finally worked again, she hadn't laughed in four days

Twilight: how are you feeling flutershy?

 

Seeing flutershy lightheaded... Shade goes up to flutershy...

As Pinkie spoke, Fluttershy began to feel her insecurities begin to melt away, 'Surly Pinkie's been through just as much as I have, if not more... Yet she can still keep her cheerful demeanor through it all?' Pinkie, in Fluttershys' eyes, had become a pillar of strength and confedience, something Fluttershy couldn't help but to admire. Inspired by Pinkie Pie, she began to try and stand again. Though she wobbled on her way up, she finally managed to stand.

 

Though now she faced a new problem, her shy nature was getting the best of her, there were so many new ponies, ponies that she would be traveling with, that she would have to learn the names of, she only kind of knew Shade... Because Pinkie threw a big party for her when she first moved into Ponyville.

She looked towards her Pink, curly-maned friend, and whispered, "Thank you... Pinkie..." she then ran up and hugged her very tightly, "Thank you... For still being you."

 

(had to go and 'ninja' me did you villain? :-])

 

She then noticed Shade, and her outstretched hoof, she let go of Pinkie and trotted up to her, carfully so as not to fall from her woozy state.

"Heh- hello...." Fluttershy looked down for a moment, then looked back at Shade, she had to be strong, she needed to be better acquainted with all of these ponies if they were going to be traveling together. Pinkie inspired Fluttershy to try harder in the face of adversity, so she started again.

"Hello again... Shade. I'm... I'm glad to see that you.. And the others... That your all... Wh-what I mean is..." although she was trying her best, her nerves were getting the better of her. She began to blush and become embarrassed, so she tried to hid her face behind her mane. "Ohhhhhh..."
