movies/tv MAD Posting Ponies?

So.. Sometimes I watch MAD. (The Tv Show) And I've seen the My Little Pony skits. So this wasn't really a surprise, but it finally got me wondering, are the MAD staff bronies? There is also another scene with a Princess Luna poster in the same skit. What do you think about this? Here is the picture: Does anyone else see the Twilight Sparkle picture? Or have I finally lost my mind?

I think you might be on to something there about the mad staff being bronies...that is totally Twilight in the picture there so being crazy is out if the question.

Probably just a slight reference. MAD makes fun of everything, so it's not like they don't like bronies just because they make fun of the show. It's the art of parody.

Yeah I wouldn't doubt it. It's either that or they are just making fun of pop culture like they usually do, but I wouldn't doubt it if they are.

Yeah, they do make MLP parodys once in a while, like My Little Warhorse and My Little Pwny. While I do appreciate that they did that, I found those two rather bad to be honest. Cowboys and Equestrians was kinda funny though.

MAD is all about the pop culture references, have you ever seen their magazines? very overwhelming. So parodying MLP actually fits perfectly with their schtick, nothing odd about it.
