So you might read the title and think I'm going to post my first fanfiction here. Yes, that's right. However, the idea is that this is from 2007.

 

So I was browsing my past self for some sight seeing. And along all the stupidity and stuff, I've noticed that I had a small blog there. A small, three-parted blog. In that blog I wrote a very short story on Super Mario.

 

I was struck with much nostalgia and stuff, so I've decided to re-post the stupidity onto here, because... well, heck I'll just do it. :v

 

Mario: "Ah.. the sun's neat!"

 

Luigi: "Yup."

 

Mario: "Hey Luigi... don't you feel something strange?"

 

Luigi: "No? It must be the sun." 

 

Meanwhile, in Bowser's Castle...

 

Bowser: "Grrr... This thing was supposed to work... With this I was supposed to get Mario under my control!"

 

Koopa Soldier: "Well, it seems we need to improve it..."

 

Bowser: "Silence! I'll just try again..."

 

Control Machine: "Searching target!! Please hold on... Target found! Name: Luigi!

 

Bowser: "What?! Luigi?! Oh well, better than nothing. I'll let him to my castly at night, and then I have another slave. Gwarharhar!!!

 

At Mario's house, 12 in the night...

 

Luigi: (Woke up, dressed himself and went out.)

 

Later, at 9 in the morning...

 

Mario: "Hey, where's Luigi?"

Mario: "Hey, where's Luigi?

Hmm.. He's probably outside somewhere." 

 

30 minutes later...

 

Mario: "Where is he!?"

 

Then came Lakitu.

 

Lakitu: "Mario! Are you looking for Luigi? I've seen him! He ran towards Bowser's Castle!"

 

Mario: "What!? But he hates that place!"

 

Lakitu: "I know that, but he did have a strange look on his face."

 

Mario: "Ok, thanks!"

When Mario had finally reached the Warp Zone, he immediatelly headed for the third pipe.

At the other side Luigi was found.

 

Mario: "WHAT?! BOWSER AND LUIGI WORK TOGETHER?!"

 

One of Bowser's Kids: "Dad! mario is here!"

 

Bowser: "Grr... Luigi, take him down!"

 

Luigi (Under Control): "Yes, boss!"

 

Mario: "!"

 

Mario avoided Luigi's attack and performed a wallkick to get some extra air, then performed a big ground pound on Luigi's head.

 

(pounding sound)

 

Luigi: "OUCH! ...where am I?"

 

Mario: "Good! He's back to normal!" 

 

Mario then jumped on Bowser's head till he fell down.

 

Bowser: "I... almost... succeeded too..."

 

Mario: "Luigi, let's go!"

 

Luigi: "Okay, but I still don't understand how I woke up here for no reason."

 

Mario: "I think Bowser had you under his control!"

 

Luigi: "Um... okay."

So sum it all up, Bowser created a special machine capable of brain washing people into total control, and he tries to take over Mario. The machine kind of malfunctions and gets Luigi instead. Very simple, but I just can't stop feeling proud about my 10 year old self for coming up with that... :I

 

Not really, I'm pretty disappointed, really.

 

Oh, and I had to translate it to english. So I automatically removed most spelling and grammar mistakes, so it's obviously a lot cleaner than it originally is. If wondering, it was originally in dutch.

That's the point it has none!

 

Actually, it kind of does... albeit a very crappy half-unexplained plot. The original intention was that Bowser created a special machine to control Mario, so that he couldn't be in his way again. The machine fails to get Mario and instead gets Luigi (that's why they felt strange in the beginning. the machine was trying to control them but failed). Bowser then decided to use Luigi as his slave, and since his abilities were similar to Mario in the canon, also used him as a weapon.

 

Shitty plot is shitty. I went to the past and punched myself and told him to improve the plot.

 

Oh, and Mario was worried about Luigi, so he went looking for him when he went missing.
