"BRAAAAAP" Esme jumped. "Eldrich! say excuse you!" The blue pegasus rolled her eyes at her friend's impolitness. "Excuse you." came the reply from the other room. "You have a letter from this place called University X." The dragon was in the living room now, reading it aloud. "Dear Esmerelda, It has come to my attention that you are qualified for University X, located at this adress: 137 Perilous Ave. Manehatten, Eq. Find all requiered supplies below." The dragon reads of the supplies one by one, stopping and looking at Esme after each one. After she finished the list, Eldrich resumed the rest of the letter. "If you have any concerns, plese contact me at this number: 555-137-1313. Sincerely, Headmaster Oman, University X." A shiver went through Esme's body. "Well, think about it this way, Es. You just got accepted into collage!" The blue pegasus sighed. "I guess you're right. I'll go. but, first, I'll have to ask if I could bring you."

*BANG*

caught Parso's attention towards his door, followed by smaller, lighter knocks. he opened the door to find Ponyville's mail pegasus, Ditzy Doo. she gave him a letter as he checked his door for any Ditzy-shaped grooves as he knew, that louder bang must have been her impact with it. Parso thanked her and closed his door and headed for the living room, opening the letter and reading it aloud

"Dear Mr.Incendiare, It has come to my attention that you are qualified for University X, located at this adress: 137 Perilous Ave. Manehatten, Eq. Find all requiered supplies below."

he had a quick flick through the things he needed on the list

"If you have any concerns, plese contact me at this number: 555-137-1313. Sincerely, Headmaster Oman,University X."

a smile formed on his face

"YES! i got in!"

Esme walked back into the living room, hanging her head. "Sorry, Eldy. Can't bring dragons." she said with sigh. "What?!" tears were starting to form in the baby dragon's eyes. "So... that means I'm not going to see you for at lest a year?" Eldrich stormed out the door, and down the stairs. "Eld-" Esme ran after her friend, but just ended up being lost in downtown Chigacolt, which she never thought she would be lost in. "Oh, crap."

[Flash Lighter 9]

Flash was walking through his house when suddenly a wild mail appears! He then Read what is inside the letter.

"Dear Mr.Hoof.We are glad to tell you that you are accepted to University X. Please proceed to Manehattan at once. -Administration"

 

After reading the letter, Flash jumped in joy to know that he has been accepted. He quickly got his suitcase, Packed, And got into his magic-powered car.

Esme wandered around, trying to find her way back to her house. She flew up, and saw Ponyville right next to her. "Oh, good. I know where Manehatten is from Ponyville." She soared over to the neighboring city, and landed right in front of Sugarcube corner. Pinkie bounced out, and her tail started twitching. "Watch out, Esme! Something's gonna fall!" The blue pegasus just shrugged it off, and flew up in the direction of Manehatten, before she was pushed down by Rainbow Dash accedentally. "Oh, sorry." the rainbow pony said before she flew off. "See? I told ya something was gonna fall!"

Parso packed a bag with all the stuff he needed, he locked his house up and flew towards Manehatten. It was a rather big city which made Parso lose his way.

"'scuse me miss, would you happen to know the way to the University?"

he asked a mare on the street for directions

"sure, up the street and then a left and instantly right, you cant miss it"

he thanked her and powered up his wings again

Esme ignored Pinkie. She knew all about the Pinkie Sense, but now wasn't the time. She struggled to get to her feet again, and then staggered over to Canterlot, Manehatten's sister city. From there, the blue pegasus found her way to Manehatten. She then went looking for the university, but couldn't find it. Just as she was about to ask for directions, she heard a boom, and watched the sky as it broke into a bueatiful rainbow. "Rainbow Dash." Esme said as she shook her head and walked away. The citizens of Manehatten were in awe, however. She tried asking a nice, light brown unicorn, but she just waved her away. Eventually, Esme found 137 Perilous Ave. but not before she had wandered around for an hour. "Oh. There it is."

"SQUEAK!" up went the red metal flag as Ditzy Doo closed the mailbox. She looked at the mailbox for a few seconds and gave a quick nod before turning around and crashing into the white picket fence behind her. Blossom Bloom watched through the blinds as the mare shook her head and flew off. "MAILS HERE MAILS HERE MAILS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she shouted as she flung open the window and flew out at top speeds towards the flower shaped box; standing high on a wooden pole that had obviously been broken before as there were multiple bandages wrapping around the now soft and worn wood. Blossom abruptly stopped just mere inches away from the mailbox. She could feel the wind behind her struggling to catch up. Once it got near, it quickly turned to a soft breeze, as if it was slowing down trying to catch it's own breath. It (finally) softly hit the mailbox and Blossom watched it fall down a second later. "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" she squealed with delight as she crouched down and opened the box. She reached in with her right wing and brought out a small white envelope. Not even stopping to look at who or where it's from, she ripped open the top and brought out the paper snuggled in within the two thin pieces of paper that once held it. Taking it in her wings carefully, she began to read aloud on and off. "Dear Ms. Bloom....attention...qualifiED FOR UNIVERSITY X?!" Blossom quickly read the rest of the letter before throwing it onto the ground and shooting up into the air. "I GOT ACCEEEEPPPPTTTTEEEEDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she screamed happily as she soared through the air, weaving in and through trees, doing flips around clouds, and flying circles around birds on their morning commute to breakfast. She landed with a crash and came up with her hair messed up and her bow all askew. "I got to get packed now!" she gasped as she grabbed her beloved paper and ran inside her house to tell her mother the good news; completely forgetting about the once again broken mailbox.

As Flash arrived near the gates, he notices the big building of ManeHattan. "I wish they have a dorm, cause i really want to stay here! Saying as he passes by the skyscrapers. He then arrives at the gates of the university, He steps out, And stands for 5 seconds in awe.

 

"Here goes nothing, LEROY JENKINNNNSS!!" He shouts as he Dashes through the gates.

Blossom walked around Manehatten with her luggage, doing her best to follow the map that she picked up at the train station. Once or twice she even asked a few locals for directions. Some were nice enough to talk to her but a lot of others ignored her or just gave her a mean look. "Manhatten sure is different from Ponyville..." she thought aloud as she wandered through a huge park that she found smack in the middle of the city. She wandered around for hours and soon she even began to question if she was even in the right city or if her acceptance letter was just her imagination playing tricks on her. "Ugh, forget this! I'm gonna fly up and see if I can see it from there." Blossom shot up into the sky with her tail wrapped around her duffle bag and her backpack on her back. Almost immediately, she crash into a pegasus. "Watch where you're flying!!" a pegasus colt shouted at her as he zoomed on by. "Sorry!" she called out after him. As she watched the colt fly away, she noticed that there were a lot more pegasi flying around. They were everywhere! Some were dressed in suits, carrying briefcases, others with backpacks and baggy clothes, and even some that were just lingering around in the clouds. There were lines of pegasi just waiting and shouting angrily others just to pass; It was like the traffic down in the streets expect up in the air. Blossom weaved in and out through huge lines of waiting pegasi and moved higher up into the clouds to get a better view. Once she was up there, she looked down and saw the huge concrete jungle before her, stretching for miles. "Wow..." she gasped as she looked all around, taking in every detail. After a few minutes (and after she snapped out of her state of bewilderment) she spotted a pegasus that was resting on a nearby cloud. "Maybe he knows where it is..." she wondered as she began to float over to the cloud. When she came closer, she saw that it was a dark yellow colt with black hair. He lay with his hooves behind his head near a red backpack. He looked about her age but maybe a year older. Blossom wondered if he was asleep and circled around the cloud a little, pondering if she should still ask. "Maybe he's not asleep..I mean, who could sleep with all this noise up here?!" Finally she flew close enough to whisper a soft "excuse me..." and see if the colt was really asleep. The colt opened one eye and looked at her "Yea? I'm kinda resting here." his relaxed expression didnt change but she could tell that he was a bit annoyed. "Um..I'm sorry..I'm just a little lost. See, it's my first day here and I was wondering if you could point in the direction of "University X?" The colt sat up and laughed. Blossom kind of floated back and wondered if she didnt something wrong or she did something funny that she didnt realize. The colt looked at her with a smile and took her hand and began to shake it "University X?! Well why didnt you say so! I go there too! Welcome aboard freshie! Sure I could give you directions! The name's Thunder Storm by the way!" The colt was shaking her hoof so hard, her whole body began to shake. "Oh! Uh hello! My name is Blossom Bloom!" she stammered. "Cool! Nice to meet ya!" finally he let go of her hoof and pointed towards the north part of the city. "What you're gonna do it fly down to the second street on the right then make a right and youre there! Look, you can even see the rooftop from here!" And he was right. There was a huge cream color rooftop to top off the big building that stood underneath it right where he was pointing. "Or ya know," he shrugged, "You could just fly down to the rooftop then down to the street in front of the school" he chuckled. "Ok..Thank you so very much!" she replied happily as she began to float down. "No problem! Oh and uh... Don't tell anyone I'm skipping class!" he called after her. "Ok I wont!" Blossom giggled as she began to fly towards the big rooftop. After about 20 minutes of flying, she finally stood in front of University X. "It is pretty big...I wonder if there are dorms here..Well only one way to find out! To the front desk it is!" she shouted happily as she floated through the doors.

Esme took a deep breath as she slowly stepped inside the gates. "Well, here goes nothing." she walked up to the reception desk, and showed the pony behind the counter her acceptance letter, barely talking because of her strange, random shyness. The secretary nodded, and led her towards two guards in front of a large metal detector. She walked through it, and was very relived to find that it didn't beep. She heard the heavy metal gates shut behind her, and Esme realized there was no turning back. The guards told her her dorm number, and she trotted upstairs to find it, even though it was one more floor up than her apartment back in Chigacolt. "This place sure isn't creepy." she said, sarcastically.

[Flash Lighter 9]

As Flash walks near the dormitory, he sees many ponies on the windows, laughing and chatting.

"How i wish i had some friends here, all my friends are at ponyville." He mumbles to himself after passing.

Flash then entered the dorm. He then gave his KeyCard to the guard.

"Good morning sir. (The guard scans the Key.) Ok sir, your room is at The 3rd Floor. Number 1337."

"Thank You." Flash said as he started to walk through the hallway.

 

Flash then arrived at his Room.

"It's very roomy.. I think i could place a couple of extra things here.."

 

Flash then chants a spell. (a very, Non-Understandable spell, but it works.)

"OHMAHIWAGANGBAGILABASMONAANGGAMITKO!"

 

Flash's roommates hear this, and they chuckle.

 

Suddenly the room is arranged like his home!

 

"Home Sweet Home.." He said.

Parso approached the doors to the dorms with the room number given to him. he took a deep breath and trotted in, he wasnt much of a pony stallion so he tried to aviod as much conversation as he could and get to his room fast. eventually he count his room 27, he trotted in and threw his bag on his new bed. the room had a desk, bed, wardrobe and a minifridge

Esme wandered around on the fifth floor, and eventually found number 450. She trotted in, and saw two mares, a green unicorn with a long blue scarf, and a red earth pony with a nice pink gradiant on her hooves. "Hi, I'm Esme." she said. "I'm Rosa." the earth pony said. "Sierra!" said the unicorn. "Looks like we're roomates, Esme." Rosa laughed. "Well, welcome to University X!"

After she settled her registration and dorm accommodation at the front office/desk, she began to float up the stairs slowly, reviewing all the papers she had recieved: school events, rules, and her own schedule. "Well this shouldnt be too hard to remember..." she mumbled sarcastically. "Now let's see...505...505...Where are you 505?" she looked up at the many flights of stairs above her. Her tail was starting to get tired from carrying her luggage so she decided to pick up speed. After a few minutes, she finally saw a sign at the top of her 4th staircase with the words "5TH FLOOR" Blossom breathed a sigh of relief and continued on. Soon she found her self standing in front of a white door in a plain looking hallway. She sighed a little at the bleak color of the walls and doors. As she took out her key, she thought about things that she could use to decorate her most likely equally bleak room. The door unlocked and she opened the door and stepped inside. "Whoa!" she dropped her bag in surprise as her eyes settled on the mint green room with big dark brown lacey strips running up and down the walls. The borders at the top and bottom of the room were painted snow white and the floor was replaced with a soft violet carpet. "...Alriiiiight..Very nice!" she smiled as she picked up her luggage off the ground, closed the door, and walked further into the room. The room was furnished with a twin sized bed in the corner on the west side of the room, a big wooden desk with a simple black lamp in the east near the door, and a big closet with a sliding door in the south. There was even a minifridge in a little compartment under the desk. In front of Blossom was a big clear window that overlooked the whole school and half the big city. "Woo hoo!" she cheered and giggled as she dropped her bag once more and spun in a circle before falling on the bare mattress. She laid there for a while, first wondering if she was even in the right room and if she was, how did she get so lucky? I guess the pony who lived in here before me painted the room in secret and just left it like that when they left...that's awesome! Thank you whoever you are! Blossom sat up and decided to get organized "Alright! Let's get to it!" she got up and opened her bags and began to put things in the closet and drawers that were in the closet. After she finished, she stretched and decided to go and explore the campus.

"So, do you want us to show you around campus, roomy?" Sierra said. "Sure! That'd be awesome!" Esme said, happy that she got good roommates. "Cool." The three ponies trotted out the door, and together walked down all five flights of stairs. "This is the main hall." Rosa said, as they got to the first floor. "Whoa." Esme looked around, astonished. She didn't see the main hall when she was coming in. There were classes of all sorts lining the walls. Art classes, music classes, math classes, english classes, you name it. She wandered around for a bit, stopping and looking in each window. "Weather classes!" she exclaimed. "Yup. I'm signed up for music classes myself, but judging by your cutie mark, you'd look like you'd be good at weather classes." Rosa said. "Yeah. Oh, hey, look! There's another student over there. Hiiiii, blue and purple pegasus!"

Blossom Bloom was trotting down a hallway of classes, looking into every window and gawking at everything going on. As she walked down the hallway, she heard someone calling her.She looked around frantically until her eyes finally settled on three ponies at the end of the hall. She saw a blue pegasus smiling at her and she smiled and shouted "Heeeeeeeeeeeyyyyy. blue pegasus!

"Hiiiii!" Esme giggled. "What's your name?" Just then, the bell rung. "Sorry, Esme. We gotta get to class. We'll finish the tour later." Rosa said. "That's alright." Esme trotted towards Blossom, and introduced herself. "Hi, there. I'm Esme." she said politly, but happily. "Who're you?"

"I'm Blossom! But you can call me Blossom!" She replied with a smile. "Are you new here?" Blossom asked the blue Pegasus named Esme in front of her. "I'm new here! What are trying to major in?" She asked as she tilted her head slightly and looked at Esme with a quizzical look.

"Yeah, I'm new here. Just joined today, and I haven't even unpacked my bags!" Esme laughed. "I don't know yet what I'm going to major in, but I have a strong feeling that it's weather... What about you?" Esme asked. She had always been interested in weather since she was a filly, and soon joined the weather team, and became captain of it on her 18th birthday. "So, do you have any roommates yet? Those were mine, back there."
