writing It means nothing

Because I have nothing left to offer the world.

Soar past vindiction and peril.

Past the seas of feeling and pity.

Find yourself in a new land.

One filled with your lost hopes.

 

So, i encourage you, no plead with you.

Have you yourself taken the knife in your hand?

Have you pressed the metal against your skin, felt its cold?

Once you do, once you face daeth in a sense of such,

maybe then you will see like me.

Joyous? I doubt, but still.

There is not much point hidden behind words.

Their meanings are differed by the minds of others.

Take thses words now for example.

See how they twist about and make sense to you.

This sense is to you only, not to me.

 

Perhaps what I write has no meaning at all?

Maybe I sit and let mutter all issues I address..

I find no reason to continue whilst this blade is pressed apon my neck.

Yet, how is it that I also feel the need to continue.

A need , a desire in which I want to live on doing just that.

Living in words that have no meaning.

Oh what a wondrous thing.

Oh no... this poem holds MUCH meaning.... it is implying the meangless words that come together in a umeaningfull way that are put together differently in everyone's minds.

I was in a state like this, in fact much worse only a couple years ago. Self destruction and violence was the path I was going down. It's all behind me now, but I really enjoyed another one of your pieces comrade. They always make me remember my past whether it be for the best or for the worst.

Yes... and to everyone who reads this ... know that the literal inspiration for this came from me actually taking a knife to myself... no not cutting or causing harm... but to give myself a sense that life is so vulnerable, adn a few other things...

Same way here. I attempted suicide multiple times, I cut myself, I hurt myself, I worked out until I collapsed from pain, I put a gun to my head.. It's a feeling like having no soul or meaning. I'm happy that I didn't go through with it. Life's getting better for me now and I'm trying to put it all in the past.
