I couldn't tell if it was Raritys mane or another pony's :S sorry that's not the mane and tail, is very Rarity-ish haha! (I can't tell if it is a mare or a stallion but Sparky is a stallion) you can found more info about him, if you click on Motion Spark profile on my sig section. You cannot expect for people to do artworks for you just because you want, or because you are making artworks for them. (as not convincing as it may sound) the few artworks that I've posted, I made them without expecting anything in return, if you keep that kind of humble attitude people would return back what you give.
