Kids who don't like MLP

Kids don't like it because the ''Cool'' kids don't like it. Some kid said he hates MLP : FIM because he said it would ruin his, and I quote, ''Reputation''. It just makes me sad to see kids hate a show that was developed for children in the first place. But I would chose the community we have right now anyways. :3

no, seriously, I was one of those loners who never does what the cool kids do. Though I inexplicably became cool at one point.

For many kids its because its grown popular and there is a lot of negetive media focus on it. Kids tend to be swayed easily by what others think, eventually they may come to like it, or they may never give it a chance.

ughhh, If i hate something I try really really hard to keep my mouth shut and usually I succeed, why can't others learn to do the same instead of spitting their flames of hatred at us? There are tons of other things out there, Anime has it's haters and supporters, Disney has its haters and supporters, Each genre of music and movies has its haters and supporters. There's no difference with MLP:FiM. But apparently some kids think that MLP: FiM is still a show for little girls. lol okay they can think that way. but i think ripping a head off a figurine is just going a tad over the top.

Depending on how you define "kids", I may or may not have had experiences with them. The people I'm referring to ate all 16, so they're on the way to being adults. I'm actually older than them, yet they say I'm an "immature faggot" who "has serious problems" for liking MLP. Irony of the statement aside, these are not adult remarks, they actually show immaturity on their part, not mine. Plus, these are my friends I'm talking about. You know, the people who are supposed to accept you for who you are (same with your parents, and, no, they don't approve of my tastes either). So much for that...

 

That said though, I am working on getting them into the fandom. I've already selected "Sonic Rainboom" for the episode, now it's just a matter of waiting for the opportunity...
