"Hmmm.. Well thats a start, There are alot less houses with porches, and some of them are different than others."  Well, It shouldn't take too long to find her house, now that we know it has a porch, but what kind of porch?  "What did your porch look like?  And did you have anything else that stood out from the other houses?"

"It was a wrap-around porch," then she thought for a moment.  "I think I left the For Sale sign still standing up," she said softly.  "There aren't many houses with a For Sale sign with a Sold sticker on it," she smiled.  "i guess we could look for that."  She looked around.

" Ok, that makes this much easier.  Let's look at that one over there."  Indigo said as he spotted a house matching the current description.  He trotted over to the house, hoping it was the right one, but not worried too much if it wasn't.   If this isn't it we can try the one over there.  "Do you think this is it?"

Angel Feather peeked into the house from the sidewalk.  "This house has curtains.  I don't have curtains yet," she said.  She turned quickly away from the window in case some pony was inside and saw her spying.  She looked over and saw another similar house.

Indigo trotted over to the next house, it didn't look like it had curtains.  "How about this one?  I don't think they have curtains."  So I wonder if she has a job anywhere?  Because I will still need something on the side after I find a place or shop to buy.  I probably should do that tomorrow though.

Angel peeked inside.  "Hmm..." Angel went over slowly.  If this isn't it ponies will think I'm trying to break in...  Angel took out her key from her messenger bag using her magic.  She slipped the key into the door and turned.  The door clicked open.  Angel breathed a sigh of relief.  "It's this one."

"Woohoo! I told you we would find it.  So, what are you gonna do now?"  Indigo waited right outside, not coming in incase she didn't want him to go inside.  I don't wanna just walk in, that might be awkward if I just walk in incase it's a mess inside or something... Even though she's new to Ponyville, so she probably doesn't have much, but I don't know.  It's also not that late out I think...  Maybe we could make the house more recognizable and walk around town?

Angel couldn't help but grin at his enthusiasm.  "Not sure...uhm...if you want...we could...hang out," she whispered, trying to keep her voice casual.

Yeah, it wasn't working.

She looked at him.  "We could go somewhere...or stay here," then she felt as if she must seem desperate.  She blushed.

Yay! "Yeah we can hang out, that'd be fun!  And I don't mind, wherever you want to hang out is ok with me."  Indigo was blushing a little.  Wow, this is like, the first time I really hung out with a mare that wasn't a family friend older than me or related to me.  I kinda wish I knew if there was anything going on in town tonight though, but if we go we can find out or hang out here and talk or something.  "What do you want to do?"

Angel Feather laughed.  "Oh, anywhere really.  I'm sure you don't want to help me unpack.  We could walk around Ponyville or something.  See if anything is going on anywhere," she said, looking at him.  She locked the door again and slipped the key back into her bag.

Indigo chuckled,  "Okay, that sounds fun, and I wouldn't really mind helping you unpack, but maybe I can help later...  There should be something interesting going on in Ponyville, hopefully.  If not we can just walk around or something."  Indigo started heading towards the center of Ponyville.

Angel followed him.  She looked around at the scenery and pastel colored ponies.  She didn't really know what to talk about or what to say, so she just continued looking around.  Ponyville was very different from Canterlot for sure.  Anyone could tell.

Indigo slowed down a bit to walk next to Angel.  He didn't know what to talk about so he just tried to make random conversation.  "Uhh.. So do you have any friends in Ponyville?"  I wonder what brought her to Ponyville?  Maybe it has something to do with her parents?  She did seem really upset when she mentioned them...

"No," she said automatically.  "Well...uhm," she said quickly.  "Maybe...just one..." she whispered.  She smiled at him and wondered if he took the hint.  She tilted her head to one side and looked up into the sky at the sun.  Its a lovely day.  I wonder if the night will be similar.

Just one maybe? Well, it didn't seem like she had met anyone yet, but I don't know for sure.  "Oh, well, I think I have a friend here too.  I hope."  Indigo hoped that even if she didn't mean him, then that she'd pick up that he was talking about her.  He blushed and looked away, hoping she didn't see him blush.  I think that her and I could be really close friends over time...  I just know it... I hope.  "So what brought you to Ponyville?"

It must be Pinkie Pie.  "Oh...well...after I finished my studies I hadn't really any place to go in Canterlot.  And Ponyville was so close by and it just seemed so quiet compared to the other places around," Angel grinned at him.  "I wanted to go to Saddle Arabia but that's just a bit too far away."

Indigo chuckled at Angel's last statement, "Yeah that would be pretty far.  So you say that there was nowhere to stay in Canterlot?  Where did you stay when you were in Canterlot? ...If that's an ok question..."  I hope that the topic doesn't have anything to do with her parents or whatever was upsetting her earlier...

"Oh...I stayed at the school.  It was like a boarding school," she said, slowly.  Don't think about it, don't think about it, don't, don't, don't...  "Any you stayed in Cloudsdale, correct?" Angel said quickly.  She adjusted her pastel blue messenger bag as they walked on.  Where are we going...?

"Oh that's cool, never been to any boarding school before....  Well, when I went to flight school, I stayed with my parents in Cloudsdale, but when I went to school in Ponyville, I stayed with a family friend...  I think it was Roseluck? Or Carrot Top?  I don't really remember, but I know I helped them out alot when I was little...  When I went back to Cloudsdale to save up money, I just slept on an excess cloud on the outskirts of Cloudsdale.  So kinda I guess..."  If we keep walking, we'll end up leaving town square...  I wonder if something will be posted at the town hall for events?  "Do you want to see if town hall has any events posted for tonight?"

"Sure," Angel nodded.  "And...uhm...Indigo...if you want...you could always...stay at my house until...you have somewhere...proper to stay," Angel said, softly.  She looked down at the ground unsure-like as they walked.  She couldn't bare the thought of some pony sleeping outdoors unless it was willingly, with a tent...and a flashlight...with other ponies...

"Really!?  That'd be great, thanks."  Indigo was happy he was offered a place to stay until he got his own.  It would make things alot easier and he wouldn't have to risk getting rained on.  But then he noticed Angel looking down at the ground.  "Is something wrong?  You look like alot's going through your mind right now.."  I really hope I didn't say anything to make her upset...  We're almost at the town hall so I bet we can find something fun to do to cheer her up.

"Oh...nothing.  I'm okay," Angel said softly.  She was either short enough, or he was tall enough for her to nudge him with the top of her head.  "Really, I'm fine," Angel said.  She looked over and saw that they were at the town hall.  Or at least what she thought was the town hall.

She nudged me...I wonder if that was intentional or accident?  Was it a sign of... Affection?  I don't know...  Indigo didn't even realize he was blushing.  A lot. "Well..  Let's see if there is anything to do tonight."  Indigo said, smiling now that he realized he was blushing earlier and trying to hide it.  There wasn't much posted for tonight that Indigo could notice, but there were things for the next day and later that week, but Indigo didn't read most of the random fliars posted around the town hall.  "I can't find anything, how about you? Or do you wanna just walk around?  That'd be fun too?  There's also a library here."

It has been an astonishing day. And the young dragon was not able to fully take all what happened with the Apple’s.

 

“Whoa there, you are no pony that’s for sure” was certainly a surprised from the young orange mare reaction but not with fear or panic. And one of the best ways anyone has reacted after watching him standing on his two legs and showing his face.

 

“If you are a kind one and don’ have a problem with the hard work we’ll find you a place for sure” were her words after he “buck” some trees

 

“Me and my friends have learned one or two things about books and covers” was her answer when he asked about his… well his species.

 

“A visit to the library will clear that mind of yours” was what the blonde girl tell him after setting everything about his new job and “room”.

 

He got a place to spend the nights at the barn of Sweet Apple Acress, he couldn’t understand why these ponies were so kind she even offer him a place at their house but that was just too much he tell her that the barn was the best idea.

 

She introduced him to her family and her sister,a filly with blank flank, was so excited about him being a dragon, another first for him, then she told him to visit the library and talk with the pony in charge.

 

That’s how he ended walking towards there with a thousand of thoughts in his mind but still a feeling of joy he wasn’t used to.

"Nope," Angel said, looking it over.  "Oh well.  We could do anything really.  You can decide," she said, trying to keep her voice normal and calm.  But she had just realized what she had done.  Why did I do that?!  Angel Feather blushed.  You know, maybe he didn't even notice.
