sunbowfan 2 November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 I'm a member of some wrestling forums in addition to this one. I noticed that there seems to be a lot of crossover in fans as lot of people seem to like both. Just wondering what people think the common connection is and wondering who on here is like this. Also, a few misc. links. Some fan art of MLP characters in a wrestling match: http://www.blogcdn.com/www.comicsalliance.com/media/2011/03/ponymoncolorlineweb.jpg MLP mentioned in a hypothetical wrestling angle (toward the end): http://johnsontranscript.com/2012/10/31/wcw-breaking-news-10311/ A photoshop inserting MLP into a wrestling match: http://images5.fanpop.com/image/photos/29900000/John-Cena-got-owned-by-Rainbow-Dash-my-little-pony-friendship-is-magic-29940524-900-563.png
Leafeon 2,702 November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 Bronies are just kinda everywhere for one thing. The other is that a lot of people enjoy wrestling. Specifically guys. So I don't really think there is a connection. Silver Bells 78 November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 it's nothing. there are people who like wrestling who also like my little pony. it's nothing special, or amazing or something to be analyzed. naivarr.tumblr.com

Shanks 10,816 November 29, 2012 Share November 29, 2012 It seems like a coincidence, albeit an interesting one. MLP just seems to be one of those things that appeals to a diverse range of people. Rarity Get's Cockroaches

Creamy Arty 6,252 December 1, 2012 Share December 1, 2012 I've done some fighting of various kinds myself and once upon a time watched pro wrestling, but gave up on that about six years ago. Technically you could say I still fall into this category because of my martial interests and activities, but last I checked wrestling was too watered-down to bother watching. Kyoshi made this ^^ Come join us on Equestria.tv on Fridays at 6 PM Eastern for our weekly movie nights!
