Here's a song I wrote that is based off that famous episode where mane 6 recalls their stories of how they got their cutie marks.

She enjoyed the life of royalty

But it got her this wasn’t the place in life

As she sat by her window

Gazing at the land

A rainbow zoomed that pointed her way home

With so many wonders to explore?”

Suddenly there was a great big bang

Sent the animals cowering struck with fear

But she calmed them down and returned them to peace

As she was sewing that evening

Her horn shone in the dim light

Pulled her right outta the house

To a rock which would be her destiny

Suddenly there was a big bang

Split the big rock right in the core

And revealed shiny gems galore

No joy, no happiness around

Just the same old same old moving everyday

As she was moving east to west

Sad and gloomy as usual

There was a great big bang that cleared the gloomy skies

A rainbow shown and gave her joy

That she had never felt before

She filled her family with smiles big and wide

But then again, there was a great big bang

Ignited the magic inside her

Which she couldn’t control and went crazy

And became Celestia’s protégé at the school

And a great big knack for winning
