So, what are some of your predictions for next year's Oscars?

 

I've got high bets that "Anna Karenina" will definitely be nominated for Best Production Design (previously Art Direction), or maybe even win. Probably for Best Adapted Screenplay as well.

 

I also have high hopes Anne Hathaway and/or Samantha Barks from Les Miz, as Fantine and Eponine respectively, will land a spot in the Best Supporting Actresses Nominees.

Do you by any chance have a link to the nominations (that is, if they're out yet)?  Also, will Les Miz be able to get nominated even?  I mean, I know it's technically coming out in 2012, but it's coming out Christmas Day.  I suppose it could still get nominated, in that case, but still, kinda pushing it.

The nominations themselves aren't out yet, but a few lists of qualified films, like the qualified animated films, have been released. 

 

Also, will Les Miz be able to get nominated even?  I mean, I know it's technically coming out in 2012, but it's coming out Christmas Day.  I suppose it could still get nominated, in that case, but still, kinda pushing it.

 

Les Miz was screened earlier, both publicly and for critics, and according to these three lists, both Anna and Les Miz are eligible for nomination.
