The time period is after the kishin's defeat, Maka and Soul are now teachers at the DWMA(Death weapon Meister academy). Kid has taken his dads place as grim reaper.

 

 

Letter to students(Meisters)

 

Welcome to the DWMA! As a meister it is your job to (with your weapon) keep the kishin from rising once again, and to "make" death scythes for the grim reaper. You will have to collect 99 evil human souls and 1 witch soul. You will report to class tomorrow, there will be an even amount of meisters and weapons so everypony should have a partner.

Jobs will be assigned by a teacher so no just going out and killing random humans.

no alicorns(besides maka as she is a cross between meister and weapon)

no godmodeing

you are allowed 2 partners like kid did(two pistols)
