Not bad at all so now we've got Fluttershy's son is joining the fray so now if I'm right we've got Twilight's daughter, Rainbow's Daughter, and Pinkie's Daughter along with Jeterspry this is looking good all we need now is Rarity's child

Well I am excited. I'm glad you liked the character as I had a tough time coming up with a name and what his talent was. I decided gardening cause his mother is nature based and father weather based, thus combined the two you get plant based lol.

This is kind of a weird question, but is it assumed that the children will be linked to the same element as their mother, or could they possibly be changed around?

I was going to have each child be linked to their parents respective element of harmony just to keep it simpler so that noponies arguing over which element they want.

So what about if a mane six had 2 children...? Whold the childre share the element or would one get it or how would that work...?

I'm wanting to keep it that only the first born child is the next element wielder you can play another child but I would prefer that they're not an element user.

Celestia said, or at least implied, that when the mane six used the elements of harmony it cut off her and Luna's connection to them. This seems to imply that there can be only one person tied to an element at a time. In the case of twins it could go either way, considering there are already a lot of myths about twins having a magical/supernatural connection with each other.

 

Of course, I have no authority here since I'm not the one in charge.

I actually just posted the thread so the RP is now officially up and running any other players wanting to join can join with their OC submisions but all harmony users are permenant and please note that I'll expect commitment to this if you're a harmony player since changing characters if you suddenly stop playing for some reason will be very hard to tie in. Don't worry about schedualing I usually don't post until i get off work anyway or before if I go in late enough as long as you're posting I'll be a happy pony but remember if you're a harmony user and you stop posting it will be like breaking a Pinkie Promise and we all know how that goes.

the party is going to be in Canterlot but right now i started it off in Ponyville and then onepce eveyone enters we'll make the move to Canterlot.
