Weird stuff you do that nobody else does

When I get really excited about something, I smile uncontrollably and do a little scream... not an actual scream, but a silent scream. If you get what I mean. And I clap my hands when I do it.

Soliloquy's a big one for me. I can quite literally have entire conversations with myself. It kind of disturbs me, to tell you the truth.

 

And like Mister G, I tend to wander around a lot when I'm deep in thought. Usually only at home, when nopony else is around. Combine this with my tendency to talk to myself, and you've got yourself an apparent psychopath just waiting to be shipped off to the looney bin.

 

In addition to wandering, I also tend to pace around when I'm having an extended conversation with somepony. I picked up that habit from my best friend, who picked it up from his dad and brothers. Everypony else I've done it around finds it to be a mite unsettling.

When I find a new song that I like, I listen to it almost nonstop until I can barely stand it anymore. 

 

I read really cute shipfics when I'm feeling down.

 

Sometimes I like to just stand outside when it's raining.

 

On Independence Day, after all the fireworks are lit off, I run around looking for leaves and scraps of paper to burn. This creeps me out, actually.

I would say the whole "listen to music in your head" thing, but that actually seems to be pretty common.

 

I Organize my desktop to the extreme, I only have 6 Icons right now that lead to everything else I need.

 

I save my french fries at a fast food restaurant and then scoop up Ice cream with them as desert.

I don't ever change my avatar or sig for a long time. Once I have a profile layout I like I stick to it.

 

When I drive I pretend I'm flying an airplane.

 

I talk to myself when I think sometimes. It helps me think sometimes when I vocalize it.

 

I get a lump in my throat whenever I see anything related to spaceflight. It's just so awe-inspiring.

 

I just save everything to my desktop until I need it, then place it somewhere else in my hard drive once I am done with it.

While walking through the hallways in school, I would pretend that I was an X-Wing flying in the Death Star Trench as I weaved around people and such. I walk really fast and I have been told so.

 

I have a nearly spot on impersonation of Gollum from the Lord of the Rings.

I appear to be growing long hair on my adam's apple, not really something that I do, just something that happens.

 

I can only eat cake when it's chilled.

 

I like to just take a minute each day and sit outside just experiencing everything. 

 

I like to research the hell out of anything new I come across. Usually music.

I think That the Most Heavy, worked up, Metal music is Soothing and Calming,

I tend to eat my hair a lot,

I seem to laugh a lot when I'm in pain, Physical or mental,

give the best advice but never follow it,

Never use pillows, just make a little fort for my head,

I can't sleep before Midnight, it just wont happen,

 

I have a whole lot more, but it's best I don't mention it <3

Dude, that totally just reminded me of something that probably hasn't been done by anypony else in this thread: Back in middle school, my friends and I would spend our recesses going out to the remotest corner of the school and pretending we were in a Final Fantasy game. We would literally stand in a line, shoulder to shoulder, run up and hit invisible foes with "air weapons" and run back into formation. It must have looked like the absolute dumbest thing to any onlookers, but we had a blast.

Dude, that totally just reminded me of something that probably hasn't been done by anypony else in this thread: Back in middle school, my friends and I would spend our recesses going out to the remotest corner of the school and pretending we were in a Final Fantasy game. We would literally stand in a line, shoulder to shoulder, run up and hit invisible foes with "air weapons" and run back into formation. It must have looked like the absolute dumbest thing to any onlookers, but we had an absolute blast.

 

I'm pretty sure I did something similar to that in elementary school. I just remember being really really bad at it because I couldn't even come up with a cool name for myself. I think we pretended that we were elementals or some shit like that. I think I was fire or air. Good times.

Me and my cousins use to do that but with dragon ball z. We would pretend to do kamehameha and other fighting moves. We would also make teleportation videos by cheap style pausing and playing the video camera.

You know, I believe we actually did the same thing with the elemental stuff. I was a gunblade-wielding Dib lookalike with control over lightning. One friend was a fire elemental mini-dragon, and another was an ice guy. Can't remember what the fourth guy had as an element, I think gravity, but he was a cabbit which, as he described it, looked as though it were on fire.

 

...God, we were such NERDS. Haha. But yes, good times indeed!

 

That sounds like a lot of fun,that is actually sort of what I did,but it was by myself.

Although I believe we set aside the Final Fantasy thing as soon as The Phantom Menace hit theaters, at which point we started to have pretend lightsaber duels. One of the most comical things we came up with for an enemy was a sith lord who wielded a four-sided lightsaber, as if trying to one-up Darth Maul's double-ended saber. How such a thing would even be operable in real life, I'll never know...

I like to pretend I am Phoenix Wright.

I know that feeling, sometimes I just need to shout OBJECTION whenever someone makes a mistake, sometimes presenting evidence. My favorite character from the series is Godot.

 

Other than that I tend to go downstairs and check every place that has food and it usually ends in me getting something to drink or going back to my room and repeat it 5 minutes later.
