"Hmph, she [Weiss] does have a point. Great, negotiation time. What exactly do you know, if you're mature enough to actually talk seriously about this that is."

"<Asking in a non-threatening manner for your convenience,>" the symbiote added in sarcastically.

Tartaros wouldn't put up with this much longer, and if this elven creature still continued her annoying spiel, he decided he'd simply leave and continue to search for info his own way.

"<We could just latch onto her head and force the info out you know,>" the symbiote told Scipio in his head.

"It's too bad she can do the same and will probably not even be possible."

 

After hearing what Eos had to say, he prepared to leave, but still remained to see if she still had anything else to say.

The Rocketeer unsure of how to respond looked at weiss and nodded and started walking away from them, he backed up keeping them in sight then turned around and started walking after they turned the corner, he sighed and just kept walking, "what just happened?"

Hirue used his tentacles to scoot himself across the ground. "I can smell you!" He gurgled before noticing Haul. "You there!" He yelled. "Stand still."   He lunged off of his tentacles like a spring and flew out at haul, attempting to grab his face with his opened right hand.

 

"Oh shi-" Haul ducked out of the way, throwing himself to the side. He had little time to make sense of the situation, only enough to draw out his firearm. He cocked it back and let off another few rounds at the target. The sudden rush of adrenaline made his hands unsteady and he tried to focus his aim.

 

"What the hell are you?!"

"I am being mature. I just told you what to do," said Eos with a sigh. "You think you're so great, you rebels do, but a taking a life is taking a life. Even if you do it in the name of 'liberation', you're just as 'bad' as them."

She then shrugged. "I know everything there is to know. Exactly twenty two minutes forty eight seconds ago, a large rebel base was slaughtered. Forty nine minutes twenty seven seconds ago, a rebel force raped and murdered a shelter for guard's women and children. Wow, I should really support you guys." She smiled. "If you can help me, maybe I could accidentally leak a few documents, though..."

"To be honest?"

*Weiss said.*

"I have no clue. The big guy Ive seen around before. He seems to hide in the shadows a lot. I think his name is Tardarus or something like that."

*Weiss pulled her hood off noticing it was just her and RT now.*

"But that girl, I have no idea. She has a strange aura about her, its..... uncomfortable."

"Some things need to be done either way even if we are 'just as bad' as them... However, some methods are in no case good or justified, such as what you just said there.. Perhaps I'll pay our so called 'allies' a visit."

Tartaros sprang out the building and zipped away on symbiote webbing, where he stopped to perch atop a building.

"<What an interesting night.>"

"Quite. We got to see a whole array of new supers we've never met... Although I have seen that Rocketeer and Weiss flying around from time to time."

"<Seems no one takes to well to our visage huh?>"

"Never cared, I like this appearance."

"<Obviously, same for me.>"

Tartaros continued to look around the city from above.

One of the bullets hit Hirue's tentacle. What came out was a pasty green liquid. It was not blood. "I'm a plant!" He said. The mouth on his chest opened wide, revealing rows of teeth. "...and you're an excellent fertilizer!" He started to lung, but he stopped dead in his tracks when he heard Butajiri's voice.

 

"I should have known you'd get sidetracked, you useless tree." He said calmly. He looked like a normal person, aside from his interesting choice of hair color.

 

"It wasn't my fault!" Hirue pleaded. "There was another one! He smelled like man flesh, But he knew of me!"

 

"Damned excuses!" Butajiri looked over at Haul. "Best if you leave now." He said.

"So you don't want to know what the government's gonna do next? Your loss...all I needed was for a hand in getting my friend, but no matter, I can keep the plans all for myself," called Eos, and then left.

 

She bumped into the tall man that used to be Fenyw and cheerfully said, "Hey Dyn." The man looked confused; while she looked vaguely familiar he wasn't sure how he knew her.

"If you feel like itll work."

*Weiss shrugged.*

"Theres just something off about her. I dont like it, it makes me feel....... just, I dont even know how to describe it!"

 

"Theres some of them!"

 

*Weiss turned and saw a large group of guards. She quickly flipped up her hood and got into a fighting stance. Shadows swirled around her arms and formed into spiked knuckles strapped to her fists.*

"Come on!"

*She said to RT*

"Lets take these guys out and get out of here."

 

*Weiss bosted herself into the air and landed hard on the first guard, slamming her now spiked fist into his face. The other guards stepped back, startled, but Weiss quicky went after a few more.*

Tartaros took notice of Weiss and Rocketeer engage in combat with a squad of guards. He camouflaged himself and decided to use this as an opportunity to study their abilities and fighting styles, in case they should mistake him for a threat.

"<Both seem like element benders.>"

"No kidding, rather interesting," Tartaros said as an orb of crimson light materialized and swirled in his claws. The orb began to rip away at chunks of the rooftop he was perched on, so he immediately stopped showing it off.

"It's a good thing we were granted this, there seem to a lot more mystic beings and manipulators nowadays. We could take most of them, but is was rather annoying to be honest..."

The Rocketeer charges them, uses his lightning and electricutes some of them, he pulls up the silenced SMG and and shoots a few of the gaurds, once he gets up to the group he punches one into the wall, breaking his skull,  rocketeer then shot another one @,

Lenny reached his apartment, he took the elevator back up and slumped into a chair, looking pretty tired as he set his weapons down. "Leave the scavenging to the henchmen next time..." He muttered to himself.

 

Rufus watched the rubble of the building silently from a distance on the edge of a rooftop. "Wonderful chaos..." He said to himself with a rather menacing voice. He dropped off the roof and onto the deserted sidewalk with a thud, carrying his large black spiked mace over his shoulder.

Hirue got up. "Well time to get going then..." He said to Butajiri.

 

"...Hirue, What happened to your clothes?"

 

"I might have been wearing them when I transformed."

 

"Oh, for the love of... Why does the only demon I can find have to be a retarded one?" Butajiri complained. "Just... go back to the apartment and change. I'll wait here..."

 

Hirue turned around and slithered up the road. When he reached the apartment complex, he crawled up the wall and into his apartment's balcony. Changing into a human when he was safely inside and changing into an identical outfit as before.

"Oof, that one packs quite a punch," Tartaros laughed as he heard the crack of a skull as Rocketeer's fist hit a guard's head. He had the strong urge to drop down and join in the fight, but all he did to somewhat stop the feeling was produce another orb of crimson light and hurl it at one of the guards. It hit, and stopped him dead in his tracks as the energy weighed him down and snagged two other guards near him. Tartaros lingered a bit longer to watch the red energy burn and literally turn them inside out. Once it was done, he simply leaped over to another, more taller building to have a better view of the city, and to take frequent glances at the fight.

Shell walked the streets emotionless, ignoring almost anything else the happened around him. He was hungry, and wanted food, but he seemed to be in the wrong place. A seemingly weak robber just happened to be strolling along the sidewalk towards a nearby jewlery store. Shell walked over and blocked the way to the door. "I require sustenance, surrender the currency of this region and i will spare your squishy husk to depart" Shell threatened. The robber pulled out a knife and stabbed Shell, only to feel the same pain enter his chest, he fell to his knees and looked up at Shell. "B-but... how? You have no weapons!" he shouted at the giant. "I have no need for such, for you are the weapon against yourself" he said before reaching down and picking up the man, he reached through his pockets with a single finger, all he found was an 100 dollar bill he must have snagged off someone. He dropped the man and walked away to find somewhere he could get some food. The hole in his shell wasn't deep enough to get to his insides, it started to slowly repair itself.

as the Rocketeer was fighting, he saw a ball of energy fly down and burn a few of the gaurds, she aimed his SMG at where the energy blasts came from but saw nothing, he looked over and delivered a right hook that sent the gaurd crashing into the ground        @,    @Stormwing,

Hirue met back up with Butajiri and they both went to the source of the explosion, making good time because the road was completely abandoned. When they saw the battle, they both looked slightly confused.

 

"Who the Hell gets in a fight in the middle of a crater?!" he exclaimed.

 

"Do you think it has something to do with the bomb?" Hirue asked. It was a very stupid question.

 

Butajiri stared at Hirue. "God, I hate plants..."

 

"You're just jealous because your name means..."

 

"Bring that up one more time, and I'm using the weed killer!"

Eos was in a back alley waiting, a trail of bodies behind her as she hummed and polished her dirk some more. She was, for the second time that day, waiting.

 

When she heard the familiar sound of whooshing, she glanced behind her and smiled. Time seemed to slow down-an unfortunate side effect of being friends with this particular man-but it was well worth it.

 

He was standing next to her, an enormous thing that slowly sank down to the size of a normal man, the only oddities being his bright eyes that glowed in the darkness like radioactive pools.

 

"Mutant," said Eos fondly, turning to the eyes with an expectant smile.

 

"Melys," he replied, and they embraced.

 

"Heard about the bombing. You and Fen work quickly," said the man.

 

"You know us, Carullo-all for the rebel cause!" replied the elf, twirling her knife. "Since you came to visit, thought I'd ask a favour."

 

"You know I'm here to see Liv," he complained, and Eos giggled.

 

"Your cutesy human can wait a little longer, darling. We need Gwen."

 

"Gwen? Oh god, Eos, why? Last time she came she burned a hole in my favourite tablecloth. That thing was antique! And I told Liv I wouldn't be late this time."

 

"Then find time. Who's the one who can stop it?" she replied. Carullo sighed.

 

"Sometimes I think powers are the only reason you keep me around. And I refuse to use them on Liv."

 

"Awwe, poor baby," cooed Eos. "Chick could use a little freezy time, she's starting to look a little more wrinkly."

 

"Eos!" said Carullo, appalled, but relented, knowing she would keep pushing. Dedpite being a sadistic, egotistical maniac, Gwen was...interesting.."Okay, I'll get her."

 

"Good. Her bombs are great, not to mention her trackers. While you're out, drop these off to Tartaros." She handed him a letter and a package.

 

"Who...oh, that guy. Only for you, E," he sighed.

 

"Good for you. Now you better get on with it. Livvie's waittting," she mocked playfully, and Carullo sighed and disappeared.

 

Now with no one to murder, mock, or generally torment, Eos had little to do. She sat down and let herself leave her body, hopping into that of a woman and proceeding to a supermarket to cause some more havoc. Twenty minutes later everyone either had chemical burns or were actually burning as the store went up in smoke.

 

"Two in one day...got my edge back," giggled Eos.

Shell took notice to a huma-... no, not a human, something else. Either way, she was in an alley talking to a stranger, who not too long afterwards disappeared Shell approached the girl and held out his hand, "Surrender your currency or it will be taken by force" he said plainly, he just wanted the money for food. He didn't know how much money his 100 dollar bill was worth, since it was only one piece of paper, he guessed it was only worth one, since he couldn't read english or numbers.

"You're not much of a robber," said Eos with a laugh. "Otherwise you may have noticed I have a giant knife on my person and am perfectly happy to stab you." She glanced him over. "But you seem innocent, stupid, and non-human enough, so I'll take you out for lunch." She draped her arm around him. "So what's your name, sweetie? And what are you doing in a little ol' place like this? Obviously you're new here."

*Weiss heard a gunshot from a small distance and felt a searing pain in her shoulder. She looked at her shoulder and saw blood staining the black and white cloth of her jacket.*

"Basta..."

*She grumbled and swung her arm in the direction the shot had come from and four shadowy blades spawned and launched themselves in the direction of the guard who had fired the shot, spearing through his chest.*

"How do you like it?"

*Weiss growled. She noticed another guard running at her from the side with a sword. She dodged the guard's swing, grabbed his wrist, and slammed her elbow down onto his, snapping it and causing the bone to spear out from his arm.*

"You made some bad life choices buddy."

*Weiss said before forming a dagger out of shadows and shoving it into the guard's face. She then looked over at the last guard of the group. He was standing there, a gun in his hands, pointed at them in fear. Tears ran down the guard's face, and he was trembling. What were these monsters? He had heard of Supers before, but he had never thought that they were real. Weiss walked over to him, slowly. The guard fired his weapon but Weiss blocked it with a swiftly spawned shield.*

"What is your name?"

*Weiss asked gently. The guard trembled, he was now scared, and confused. But he stuttered out an answer.*

 

"L-l-les-ter."

 

*Weiss smiled and lowered her hood. Her face was gentle and kind.*

"Lester, thats a good name. Im sorry we had to kill your comrades, but it was necessary. They were filled with darkness. But you, you have light, and innocence. You don't belong in a group like this do you."

*Lester's face showed that she was right. He nodded.*

 

"I-I don't l-like.... our g-g-gove-rnment."

 

"Then don't serve them."

*Weiss put her hand on Lester's forehead. Her eyes glowed white, and so did Lester's. After a second or two, the glowing stopped, and Lester began to collapse. Weiss caught him and leaned him down in a sitting position against a wall.*

"There, thats always taxing."

*She said a bit out of breath.*

 

(What Weiss did was strengthen the goodness or "light" inside of Lester, making him more devoted to what he believes is good. It is very physically taxing on Weiss and only works on someone who has little willpower. It will not work or be used on any player character without the player's permission. It can also only be used very rarely. Once a week at max.)

Shell was a bit surprised by the hostile and then kind offers. "You wouldn't be happy to stab me, even if i did nothing back to you" he stated plainly. "I'm not stupid, you just don't understand me" he said as he walked with her to wherever she was taking him. "The beings that reside on this planet have come custom to calling me Shell, but my true name is Palos. And to answer both the former and latter question, I'm not Innocent, i committed a great crime against my people, and they sent me here for life as punishment. So far its not as dangerous as my planet, so i do not see it as a punishment"

The Rocketeer having electrified the last gaurd turned to see weiss shot and standing over another gaurd, after she converted the gaurd he walked up to her and put a hand on her shoulder " hey are you alright?" he asked sounding concerned about her injury

"Yeah, heard about your power...very neat," she said. "Wonder if it would work on me..." She looked at him coyly. "Your files let me get to know you pretty well, so I had to play the sexy bystander role. I thought the sexy part went excellently. Couldn't just greet you by name, now." She then shrugged. "Sweetie, you're in Eastros now, where crime is most people's job. If you didn't notice I just walked out of a burning supermarket."

She stopped in front of a restaurant. The man looked terrified of Shell and stared at Eos' pointy ears, but they soon sat down.

"Whaddya want?" asked Eos, surprisingly cheery as she relaxed.

 

Carullo had located Tartaros thanks to the tracker, but there seemed to be a fight. He lifted his eyebrows and looked at the two beings next to him. "What is going on here?"
