Discord vs The Mask?

With Keep Calm and Flutter On, and the return of Discord, only a couple of days away (and finding myself drawn back to what I think is one of the funniest movies of all time; The Mask) I decided to create this poll.

In terms of 'power', The Mask is much more similar to a real-life Pinkie Pie than it is to Discord. Discord is almost omnipotent, from a snap of his fingers he can do anything, and it affects the entire world around him. The Mask tends to focus its powers around the individual, and doesn't usually affect the world around it nearly as much. IMO, Discord prevails in that setting.

 

As far as humor goes...mmmm, probably The Mask, but that's more because the Mask is entirely focused around gags that are supposed to make you laugh. Discord is more or less making things the way he wants them for his amusement, not so much everyone elses.

Well the mask is ment to make the wearer into a cartoon like state. In terms of humour the mask probably wins.

 

In terms of power though, Discord wins mainly because he is almost omnipotent, capable of doing almost anything with a snap of his finger.

Both happen to represent a god of chaos so honestly its pretty even. both have infinite power, both cannot technically be killed, only imprisoned and both have a weakness that, if exploited, can completely Disable them. So honestly they`re very evenly matched. there`s only one thing discord has over the mask. The mask needs a host, Discord does not.

The Mask, in both the movies and comics and cartoon. He was INSANE. Discord is overrated.

In terms of power, we all know Discord wins, though if we're measuring up the shenanigans and foolery, I might have to go with Jim Carrey on this one. Sorry Discord!

XD JK anyways I think it's mostly evenly matched. Like people before me said, they can both basically do anyting they want and both have their own respective weaknesses. In terms of humor I think mask is the winner though Discord is still my favorite cartoon villain of all time XD
