Well there are no photographs, considering it happened nearly 1,500 years ago, but I'll tell you what I've read. 

 

Anyways, it all happened nearly 1,500 years ago, before Equestria was even a united nation. Times were different back then; Earth ponies were usually slaves. They were the most physically fit of all our sub species, so they were used to work the lands. 

 

They eventually decided to rise up against the Pegisai and Unicorns, and formed their own nation of Earth Ponies. 

 

It wasn't until nearly 400 years after that the three nations united under Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, forming Equestria.

Not really true. There is a show called 'My Little Human' that ponies think are for little fillies, but as for the human race itself that is not the case.

 

 

 

I really like dogs ^.^ I never had a dog growing up, but I would always ask for one.

 

 

Cats are kind of cute I guess, but I'm allergic.

 

 

I don't have any problem with mice like some ponies do, but I'm not too particularly fond of them either.

 

 

Bunnies are so adorable

 

Cows can be pretty nice. I can't say I know that many of them, but they seem pleasant enough. They aren't too fond of humans however, for..... Obvious reasons. >.>

 

 

 

Well, I'm a unicorn. My horn allows me to tap into the element of magic. The ponies with wings are called Pegisai, or Pegasus. They have the ability to well... fly. They can also stand on clouds, which I can't do without a spell. Ponies without either are called Earth ponies. They may not be able to fly or tap into magic, but they are usually the most physically capable. Ponies with both wings and horns are called Alicorns. There are only a handful of these, because only royal ponies have the right to become Alicorns. They can fly incredibly fast, preform nearly impossible spells and live thousands of years.

 

Equestria (The country I am from) is ruled by a pair of Princess'. Their names are Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. They are both Alicorns. On top of that, Celestia has control over the sun while Luna has control over the moon.

 

The Crystal Empire to the north is ruled by Princess Cadance.

 

Other nations beyond Equestria (Such as the empire of the Griffons) each have their own way of running things as well.

 

 

Equestria is home to millions of species. As for sapient species, we have the four species of Equine (Earth Pony, Pegasus, Unicorn and Alicorn), Griffons, Dragons, Diamond dogs, Cows, bulls and Minotaur.

 

Hmm... well, you have like a dart gun (which is used to make enemies fall asleep with tranquilizer darts) grappling hooks, a PDA used to hack the codes, a pager (both the PDA and the pager were on your left hoof), a small blowtorch on your right rear hoof that's used to cut through metal doors open, and even your armor (which is like the equivalent of a SWAT armor that's found on Earth).

 

I myself do have similar gadgets like you have, minus the grappling hook, since I'm not used to climbing stuff and all that. ^^'

Do you guys have teh vidja gaemz (read: video games) in Equestria? Clearly (somehow) you have the internet, or whatever is being used to speak to us, so you might have some rudimentary forms of them?

 

If so, which sorts of games do you like? Platformers? Role Playing Games (abbreviated RPGs)? Shoot 'em ups (or blow 'em ups, depending on the game and/or your personal preference/style/artistic flair)?

Not in the traditional democratic way a lot of you humans are used to. See, around 1,100 years ago the land of Equestria was split into three different countries; The Warlike and proud Pegasus Empire, the innovative and sophisticated Unicorn Empire and the newly formed Earth Pony Empire. 

 

The three Empires would constantly fight for supreme domination over the land, while under constant threat of takeover from the nearby (And much more powerful) Griffon Empire. 

 

It was clear back then that it would be impossible for us to drive back the Griffons if they decided to invade; not while we were fighting among ourselves like this. Nowadays it doesn't seem like such a big deal, but back then the Griffon Empire was much larger than it is today; not to mention they had unfinished business with the Pegasus. 

 

That's when Celestia and her younger sister Luna appeared. They united the three Empires under one banner; The Equestrian Empire, now commonly known as Equestria. 

 

The exact way they went about doing this is fairly vague. I suspect only the Princess' themselves know exactly how it happened. 

 

 

Here is a current map of Equestria:

 

 

Way back then, Equestria was three different countries, and overall smaller than modern day Equestria. The Griffon empire was also much larger; enveloping Gildedale, Germaneigh and Prance.

Yes, My Little Human. It was a little fillies show that came out twenty years ago. The series got a resent reboot, and now has a surprising fan following of colts and stallions.

Like I said earlier, they are not technically gods, as they are not immortal. They are just extremely powerful magic users.
