These same "Self Hypnosis" files are also prevalent in the Furry and Therian communities for a variety of species. I've experimented with them, they are harmless fun. The hypnosis puts you into a relaxed state and causes you to have physical sensations which when combined with the instruction during a state of trance can make it feel like your changing into something. It should be noted that you won't get hypnotized if you don't want to, the experience is completely subjective and based on what you actually want out of it.

Fell asleep for a little during the file so it did not do the best today, can't really say much about it, had some slight physical effects during the file but none once it ended, also for some reason I have a slight feeling in the back of my head or gut like i should be trying a different pony not sure why, try a more concentrated Rainbow file tomorrow morning.

Update: i just got up but fell flat on my face. Feels weird to stand on two legs right now so four legs it is then.

Have a quick update: for the last few days i've been able to feel the wings, tail, muzzle, and pony ears without using the trigger. I can still feel them as i type this but these changes still haven't gone away yet.

From what I can tell, that was an attempt at humour via sarcasm.  It's obvious hypnosis works for you, and thus there is a comedic effect to be achieved from acting as if it's not clear that it's working.

I tried Rainbow Dash and Applejack a couple times. For some reason I didn't get anything out of Applejack, but Rainbow Dash gave me the physical effects only while using it, and had the personality effects for at least a week afterwards. It's actually pretty cool.

I haven't had any physical effects when not actually using the hypnosis. I have to be listening to it to feel the hooves.
