a series that has a grand Multi-verse, one of the biggest I have seen, what do you think.

 

for a lot of you, how are you feeling about season 7 so far

I didn't even know Digimon was still going as a series. Last I saw was Digimon Frontier with the spirits of the warriors (dat Zephyrmon)

 

Digimon Frontier is definitely my favorite but I do have a sweet spot in my heart for the third season with Guilmon.

 

Gotta say between the two games I've played (Rumble Arena and Digimon World Dawn) I love Rumble Arena more, though I definitely did enjoy DWD. I wanna replay it soon, actually.

 

Zephyrmon is probably my favorite Digimon probably because...well she's damn sexy and her English voice is equally so. Yeah, I'm that shallow.

Last series I watched all the way through was the 2nd generation with Davis/Yolei/Cody/T.K./Kari

I was sooooo pissed that T.K. and Kari didn't hook up at the end of season epilogue.

 

Favorite Champion level: Kabuterimon

Favorite Ultimate level: MagnaAngemon

Favorite Mega: Wargreymon (although MetalGarurumon was sweet too)

 

Favorite all-time: MagnaAngemon. Such a badass. And he wears purple too!

I watched the first season and had the agumon or whatevers tamagotchi thing.

Looked like that except orange. But yeah I still think I have some of the first season on DVD somewhere.

I used to have some cards but I never learned how to play the TCG. When I even attempted it I was so wrapped up in the Pokemon TCG rules that they made absolutely no sense to me for whatever reason. LOL

My favorite season has to be Digimon Savers/ season 5.

I can't wait for the upcoming digimon game for the PSP

Lord, I haven't watched digimon in SOO long. When it did air, I only watched the 1st series, but it extremely confused me, and it is super long. Is the series worth getting back into?

I don't know, as a fan of Digimon I may not be the best person to ask (it would be bias on my part.)

 

But for lengths of the shows here.

Adventure: 54 episodes (two movies)

Adventure 02: 50 (two movies) my least favorite season

Tamers: 51 (two movies)

Frontier: 50 (1 movie)

Savers: 48 (1 movie)

Xros Wars: 54

Xros Wars "02": 2 (as of now)

 

Now of course, for something short. Watch the movie Digimon X-evolution. Its a movie that takes place in its own story. To me the best digimon movie.

If you wanna get into Digimon I'd say to start at the beginning of a season rather than the middle of one, doesn't really matter which as most are independent from each other, Adventure 1 and 2 are the only connected ones. Obviously excluding the new Xros Wars. (I'll have to check out the fifth season and onward for myself now that I know there's more)

Well it was never "recreate" so much as just a huge multiverse, meaning they are all connected one way or another but the storylines themselves don't necessarily connect. (Some do, some don't)

Lemme rephrase, They made season after season...Kind of like pokemon, changing some things up? I am thinking of watching it now, sounds lengthy, and I love lengthy animes

I like them too but they are hard to follow cuz usually they don't get DVD releases to keep them in order. Only the big ones like DBZ and Naruto do, as far as I know. The rest are put into three episode discs and spread out everywhere.

Well I would actually just watch them on youtube, it is where I watch almost all of my shows :3

Youtube's good sometimes but for long running stuff I don't usually feel I can trust it. Half the anime I watch on there is either not the full series or it's never dubbed so I use a bunch of other sites.

Frontier has the Sentai-theme to it... where kids turn into digimon.

Savers has an older cast, the main character actually fights.

Now the Digimon shows themselves aren't lengthy if you compare to say Yu-Gi-Oh!, but it is one of those year long animes.

I remember my older bro. had a Digimon playstation game that was pretty fun to watch him play. Anyway, I did not think there were any more new Digimon cartoons if there are. Just like after seeing the original beyblade cartoon as a kid I did not expect to see a new one pop up.

I used to like it alot when I was younger, but I only saw up to part of season 4. My favorites were the first two seasons, but that is just my opinion. My favorites are

Omnimon (I saw Digimon the movie in theaters)

and

Imperialdramon.

I still have some of my toys and trading cards from when I was a kid.
