for some reason during the second opening at the title card, my mind keeps playing the lyrics "Absolutely fabulous! Absolutely fabulous!"

 

If you ever get the chance Discordian, you should see if you can find the Digimon movie "Digimon X-evolution" it is, in my opinion, probably the best Digimon movie out of the nine that are out.

 

and also some news about the new Xros wars.

 

Its been confirmed returning characters will make appearance in the newest, such as the "goggle" heads.

Well technically you've seen three of them.

 

In america, they took the first digimon movies and edited them to make one movie.

 

around 40 minutes was cut from the three movies (most of that from the third part "present day" to make the plot to go along with the diaboromon part. The truth was Wallace/Willis had nothing to do with Diaboromon)

<.< Sometimes, US anime companies fail. Like not bothering to dub Pandora Hearts and just releasing it on DVD subbed here.

blame fox I suppose.

 

Now other movies: Movies 4 -7 have also been dubbed.

 

They were shown as just specials on Jetix/toon disney.

 

 

They were: 4 Digimon season 2: Revenge of Diaboramon, Movie 5: Digimon Tamers- Runaway Digimon express, Movie 6: Digimon Tamers- batte of Adventurers and movie 7: Digimon Frontier: Island of lost digimon

 

you can find these on youtube.

 

 

 

and for whatever reason, Disney aired movie 5 and 6 backwards... battle of adventurers dealt when the digimon were ultimate and Runaway digimon dealt with alternate to the ending of the series.

 

so far movies 8 "X-evolution" and 9 "Savers: Unleash the Burst mode" have not been dubbed.

Japan, Remember this is where the popularity counts for anime, did just find. It was just the english dub movie that did terrible.

 

And really, saban really disappoints me with alot of their dubs.

 

They should of just stuck with doing Adaptations of Sentai and stuff

Takuya in Frontier when they are fed by the Toocanmon who are after their Digivices. This is just before Zoe gets her Beast Form, Zephyrmon, I believe.

Its really confusing on that part.

 

In japan the original Digimon games (the tamagachi battle) and pokemon games came out the same year (like months with in each other) I think pokemon may of barely beat it by a couple of months.

 

In america the Digimon games (tamagachi battle) came out before the pokemon games did by a year or two.

no I really wouldn't think that... they seemed to of been in development around the same time... coincidence?

 

also it seems if anything they both copy Monster Rancher (I beleive it came out before those two did)

The whole "mon" thing has an explanation.

 

Digimon is a crunched together version of Digital Monsters

Pokemon is a crunched together version of Pocket Monsters
