here's my problem . when i go to sleep it feels like i am falling i can feel everything moving.

why is that?

we are no professional on this case but we can make assumptions.

 

what could be the problem is that your mind drifting into sleep makes memories come back and memories come together with feelings witch could lead to you feeling like you were falling.

 

also it could be that when you sleep you dream of falling.

this is very common with ponies who have a troubled mind. if this would be the case we would advise you to take a day off. try to relax and think about if you want to change something that has been going on the past days or weeks depending how long your having this problem already.

 

it could also be a psychological problem.

it could be caused by fear. there are many fears that could cause this problem. the fear of leaving. the fear of commitment. the fear of staying. or perhaps there is something you fear and want to run away from. if this would be the case we would advise to face your fears to conquer it.

in fact. some days. we wish that death itself would come to us instead of our subjects.

no matter how manny friends we would make. in the end they all die and turn to dust.
