Peach sat awkwardly not sure wether it was her or the other ponies making this stallion so uncomfortable and nervous. She let out a gentle sigh and started to stare absently out of the window across from them, staring at nothingness. She hoprd that soon this stallion would find his tounge.

Somber felt extremely bad that he had not talked with Peach at all. She just wanted to know his name. So, he sighed softly and tried his best to speak, only coming out as a barely audible whisper, only to where Peach could hear him.

"I am sure you would be able to draw, even if we were on an adventure...I mean, even adventurers need some peace and quiet every now and then" he answered laughing. "I for myself would like to do some sport, take a look around the island and off course relax and enjoy the hopefully warm climate and the sea." he answered smiling, thinking about how awesome it would be to return to the hotel after an exciting day and then cuddle with Palette until they sleep in. Then he tried to take a look at the sketch she was drawing, but the mare's hoof obstructed the view.

Palette put her pencil down and took her hoof away to look at her outline of a fire, It still needed work, but she could save that for later; Palette looked back at Wildcard and smiled "Ohh, That'd be fun, I'll add swimming to my list" she giggled again, Palette was warming up to the Stunning Pegasus beside her quite quick;y, She could just imagen the moments they'd have together.. Palette tried not to sigh in hers thoughts, She put her attention back to Wildcard "Sports, Huh? You have any favourites?"

He was glad that the pony he likes was another Pegasus. They could hang out on clouds and he was sure that Palette's wings are super-cuddly.

"So what do you enjoy doing in your spare-time besides painting" he asks with a curious voice while he was looking into her eyes with an expression that should indicate the mare that he is developing feelings for her.

'Hopefully she catches the hint, I've practised the expression in a mirror before but I can't see myself now and maybe I just look really silly'

Midnight looked at the mare that was talking to him about Star Swirl."my favorite spell  is the memory spell ". In truth Midnight didn't have a favorite spell but if he had to chose it would be the one that he was training for. Midnight began to hide his emotions from this mare mostly becasue he didn't trust her.

"I don't mind all the questions. It's kind of flattering that you're interested enough to ask them. I've travelled to all kinds of places, the Everfree, Appleloosa, the Chrystal Empire, all over really. Did I meet lots of interesting ponies? Well of course I did. Different cultures have always fascinated me, so pretty much everyone I meet on my travels is interesting to me. As for fun adventures... well I suppose I've had my share, I've swam with naiads, sailed with pirates, I even fought a dragon once."

"Well, for one thing, I wasn't alone. In fact, I didn't even really help all that much. It was far too the north of here, and there was a dragon attacking a town, so we went to fight it off. There were about eight of us, I believe. Well, naturally a dragon isn't exactly going to turn tail and run at the sight of eight measly ponies. It nearly burned us to a crisp with it's breath, but we were able to hide behind the cart we'd been traveling in. I charged it and tried to keep it occupied while the others prepared their attack. Our leader jumped on it's back, and held on as it flew into the air, constantly stabbing it as it circled around us. Eventually he was able to defeat it that way. That was a long time ago, and I haven't seen the others since. We were really just a random bunch of travelers who somehow ended up working together against a dragon. That's the whole story, I guess."

She wondered about this pony. It seemed like he was also most trying to be anti-social. Oh well, she was sure he would warm up eventually... She just hoped it would be soon, as the others seemed to be deep in conversation, while Midnight tended to avoid her. Perhaps he just needed to concentrate on his spells... She hoped she wasn't getting in his way and would rather see him succeed with his spells, but at the same time she really wished this pony would talk with her.

Thats all she was giving him, Palette quickly pulled back to her orginal postion with a straight face like nothing had happened, She began to smile again "Apart from painting? Thats a toughie but I'd have to say writing poems, Listening to Music, taking a trot on the beach and at night I'd probably be stargazing.." she sighed softly "My life is pretty boring, Really, I don't have many oppitunities to bring it up" she looked away then back at Wildcard again, She hoped he understood that she was slightly flirting, She wasn't very good at it, But what the heck

"sorry i didint get any sleep last night cause i was too exited so if ok with you im gonna take a quick nap" she said with half shut eyes

she waits for his answer before nodding off

Rambler couldn't help but be disappointed. He had pulled out the dragon story, the best adventure he had, and he still couldn't even keep her awake. Well, maybe he'd have better luck next time.

Peach sighed, seeing that the Somber didn't want to talk. SHe resumed her previous position, staring absently out the window. She looked around at the other ponies on the blimp, they all seemed to be engaged in conversations with each other, and Peach felt slightly dissapointed that she couldn't be laughing along with a friend, but was next to the shyest pony she had ever met.

 

She sighed again.

A tear ran down his cheek becasue now he could never become a powerful unicorn like star swirl.

"Sounds quite similar to my life actually" the colt answered laughing. "But who knows, maybe somepony will spice it up a bit" he added with a smirk. Wildcard enjoyed flirting with Palette. He felt a bit nervous, but it was that kind of feeling nervous that comes with antizipation or admiration and which he actually enjoys. "And nice to hear that you enjoy stargazing. I usually go to sleep quite late and I hope you will accompany me for little trot on the island at night. I am sure it wouldn't be half as beautiful without you" he added smiling.

"UH! Mmmm... Are you...? Ok? It just kinda... Well... Cracked."

What did this mean? Would he still be able to practice magic? His horn hadn't fully cracked, only a slight line had appeared in the center. Pixel Mouse guessed he could still do magic, but magic on a high end scale, she didn't know... Well actually she didn't really know much at all, it was all a guess. She didn't really know what a cracked horn meant, she could only imagine it was very bad, due to the tear running down his cheek.
