scarlet hear that they will rest a bit before heading to dinner so she decides to explore the hotel a bit before heading back to her room

 

"im gonna look around for a bit" she shouted to the leaving group

 

she checked out the gym first since she might use it during the vacation next she went to the pool 

 

once she finish looking around she back to the room it was half an hour to dinner " man time sure flies"

 

she got  to the room and tried to wait pixel 

 

she lightly shook pixel shoulder and soft said "hey it almost time for dinner pixel" 

Pixel woke up. Something was shaking her. Slowly, as her vision unblured she saw Scarlet saying something about dinner.

 

"Oh, hey... Ok, dinner... I'll be down a few minutes."

 

Rolling over, she realised that a blanket had been put over her while she had slept. She guessed that scarlet had thrown it over her, she must be her roommate.

 

"Thanks for the blanket scarlet."

 

 

Standing up now, she shook herself, ran a comb through her hair that she found in the bathroom.

 

"What do you think they will serve for dinner?" She asked scarlet.

Having been in the room for all of this, Rambler saw the note as soon as Somber finished writing it.

 

"You don't have to do that, you know. I don't mind sleeping on the floor. I travel all the time, so I'm used to sleeping in less than ideal places. And my name is Rambler, by the way. I'd rather you call me that than refer to me as "the other pony" for the whole trip."

Pixel woke up. Something was shaking her. Slowly, as her vision unblured she saw Scarlet saying something about dinner.

 

"Oh, hey... Ok, dinner... I'll be down a few minutes."

"not sure what they're going to serve us but i'm sure whatever they have will be delicious" scarlet said looking up from her book

 

she started closed her book "i just hope they're not gonna serve us small portions to be all fancy, I hate when hotels do that"

((OOC: As much as I just want to break through that, I'm going with the usual "lost voice for a few days" thing. If it's too annoying for you, then I'll stop.))

 

Somber shook his head, knowing that Peach wouldn't understand... Thankfully, out of the corner of his eye, he found the only solution to this: a piece of paper and a quill. He started to write down his response, and once Peach got out, she would see it. In the meantime, he just sat down in a chair. The note said:

 

"I set it up, so I would sleep on the floor, and you and the other pony would sleep in the beds. I don't want to see good ponies deserving to have to sleep on a floor for the time we spend here..."

Peach Heart stepped out of the shower, feeling cleaner than she ever had in her life. She dryed herself off with a fancy schmancy hotel towels, and walked back into the bedroom, her mane still dripping wet. She glanced up at the clock on the wall and found it was about time for dinner.

 

"Guys, we should head to the dining hall, dinner will be served soon." She informed Rambler and Somber.

Somber looked a little disappointed from Peach not noticing the note... And, to be honest, he wasn't THAT hungry... But, for some reason, he didn't want to make Peach sad or angry... It was weird, but it seemed that way.

 

In response to Rambler, he just gave him a nod.

"I'll get a bandage from my first aid kit and see what I can do" Wildcard said and searched his bags. After a few moments he had found it and wrapped it carefully around Palette's leg. "That should do it" the Pegasus said and laid down close to her. He felt very sleepy and closed his eyes. He was shortly before falling asleep and his thoughts began to drift away.

Palette giggled and nuzzled up to her roommate, This was exactly where she wanted to be. She closed her eyes in an attemp to rest but not sleep, She thought about her sister, painting, exploring with everypony, having a great, huge bonfire on the beach, the ride here, the fight with the Timberwolves, Her and the other mares staying up late chatting, All that and more but especially when Wildcard had kissed her.. Just the heat of the moment when everything else turned to stardust and it was just them..

Palette opened her eyes "We should head down to the dining hall soon, I'd say its close to dinner" she said, smiling and nuzzling him

Peach grabbed a brush and attempted to stop her drying mane from forming corkscrew curls. Unfortunatly for her, her mane had made up its mind and was not listening to the brush that was raking through it, trying to straighten it.

 

She sighed and put the brush down.

 

'I suppose it doesn't look that bad... Actually it looks kinda nice.' She thought.

 

"I'm going down to the dinning hall now, your both welcome to come." She offered as she left the room.

 

She trotted into the dining hall and amazing smells reached her nostrils.

 

"Table for how many miss?" The waiter asked.

 

"Gosh, I dunno?" Peach replied.

 

"Well how many in your room?"

 

"There's three ponies in my room." She replied

 

"This table right here miss. Dinner will be served in ten minutes." The waiter gestures to a table, and Peach sat in one of the chairs.

Somber had only watched Peach leave, still a bit sad that she never saw the note. Why can't he just speak already? 

 

I could... And it would damage my throat even more... I wonder if she would know that.... Subconsciously, he had walked towards the dinner hall, hopefully to find her there..

 

((OOC: Yeah, I might just pull the plug on his voice being gone. It's actually hard trying to come up with stuff for a mute...))

"do you want me to go grab the table or wait for you?" she asked from her bed 

 

 

then a thought hit her so got off the bed went to the drawer to grab some bits and put them in her bag just in-case she need to tip the servers

 

she put on her sable bag and looked at the clock they had plenty of time "take your time Pix we got time"

Now that he was left in the room by himself, it wasn't long before Rambler decided to go down to the dining hall and join the others. He saw Somber looking for Peach and walked over. He didn't bother saying anything, knowing that Somber couldn't and wouldn't respond, he just stood there and looked for Peach with him.

Wildcard was already sleeping deeply when Palette nuzzled him. He opened his eyes and blinked trying to get up. The white pegasus always had problems with waking up and if it wasn't for Palette, he would probably skipped dinner and continued sleeping. Once he was fully awake he smiled at Palette and nuzzled her back. It was nice to wake up besides her and he felt happy instantly

"Ok, then let's head down for dinner" he said and yawned. He stretches himself, got up from the bed and they headed down into the dining hall

He sat down across from her and for a moment he wasn't able to concentrate on anything other than how beautiful she looked. But... why was he so captivated by her? Somber managed to find Peach out of the corner of his eyes, sitting by herself and gesturing for her to sit with her. Rambler was already on his way, as Somber followed him down to the table, sitting to both sides of the two.

 

Peach's mane looks extremely cool... And very gorgeous too...

"Thankyou." She said blushing, suddenly feeling nervous, looking anywhere but at the two stallions across from her.

 

"So, dramatic trip we have had so far." She said, trying to make conversation.

 

'I wonder if Somber is talking yet?' She thought to herself absently

scarlet walks over to the door to the hall way and opened it "so you ready to go down to dinning hall?" she asked grinning at pixel 

"Oh, the Sherlock Hooves is one of my favorites series too, some of them have those twist endings that leave you racing to the library."

 

 

"Yeah it probably is time to go to dinner now, I'm ready, so I guess we should meet the others down there."

She walked forward to meet Scarlet at the door.

"That's an understatement. I just hope things slow down a little bit now that we've actually arrived at the hotel. I don't mind adventure, but I was really hoping this vacation would give me a chance to relax. I haven't really gotten a chance to take it easy in a while."

Heh, yeah... Exploring... Last time that happened, we got attacked by the Timberwolves... Not necessarily a smart idea, Peach... But I do want to swim. Swimming would definitely sound like a whole bunch of fun...

when she go there a hostess ask her " how many people in your room?"

 

"two" scarlet said

 

the hostess led here to a table for two on the way scarlet spotted Peach,Somber, and Rambler at a table she waved at them 

 

scarlet sat down at her table and the hostess place down a menu and ask " would like any kind of drink?" scarlet replied " water is fine" then started looking at the menu

Following Scarlet, Pixel Mouse went down to the dinning area.

 

Sitting down across from Scarlet, the hostess asked her what she would like to drink.

 

"What would you like to drink."

 

"Just water for me tonight, thanks."

 

Seeing Scarlet looking down at her menu, Pixel did the same.

 

"Anything sounding particularly good on the menu?"

"well pasta always good, and you can't go wrong salad, oh but this spinach crepe looks really good"

"hmm hard to choose, what about you? "  she said putting putting down her menu

she then noticed pixel kind of looks cute in the light of the candle on the table

she quickly brought her menu back up to cover her face so pixel would see her blushing
