Blue frost felt a little more happier again when Colgate hugged her. Then her mane sprung to life and started to wave around again. "Oh....my mane...no it's still moving...."she said looking at it again. She giggled "see, you silly.....I-it's still waving" she said giggling all happy again.

 

She looks at Lydia " oh....I don't feel cold..." She said. As she talked a cold fog came out of her mouth as she talked. Only to dissipate a inch from blue's face. "Am....am I?" She asked. she never knew she was ever cold. No one thought to tell her thinking she already knew that.

Sally smiles and drops the subject. "So... where is everyone? I would like to meet some new people... and maybe go outside."

 

Lydia flinches, feeling a quick drop in temperature. She reflexively raises the temperature around her body a few degrees. "Hi... My name is Lydia. I'm not going to hurt you... As a matter of fact, you seem cold... would you like me to warm you up?" she does her best to put a comforting smile on her face. Is she some sort of ice construct? I've never seen someone whose mere presence chills down a room... she thinks.

Hank shrugs and looks around "well lets go show you around." he said and heads outside and went walking around showing her around ponyville

Sam looked at him and said "look what you did!" She rushed outside to thunder and said, "hey sorry about my friend in there"

 

JT scratched the back of his head and said, "yea... I didn't really think that one through. Next time I'll try to think more thoroughly." He promised.

Colgate giggles at what Blue Frost said "frost.. heros dont need capes to be heros, and they dont need to fly, they are heros for saving us all. for helping us all. it is really great that they have done that." she said with a great smile and holds frost on her back

Blue frost looked at them "hi....I-if you guys are Heros...w-where's your capes...."she asked innocently. "And....can y-you fly?"

Lydia smiles. "Yeah... I felt the temperature drop on the way in... It was only logical to assume you were cold... I don't have a cape, but I used to wear a lab coat if that counts... As for flying, I don't know..." this is SUCH a stupid idea she thought as she closed her eyes. The air around her heated up a few more degrees and her hair flickered into flames as she started hovering about six inches off the ground. "Does this count as flying?"

JT was shocked at Lydia flying, he decided to open a few doors around him. He flicked on the DART overlay and hacked into the doors, "yea that's the best I can do." He said with a chuckle

 

Sam smiled, "oh don't worry, he embarrassed me too... But that's rocket for you." She said with a laugh.

Thunder smiled "yeah, I think everypony has that friend." He said with a light chuckle. Then a quick flash of a memory came into his mind. A old friend of his he remembered did the same. "Yea..." He said happily.

Sam smiles at the sight of thunder smiling. She stands there for a few minutes and finally says something, "so anything you want to do now?" She asked.

 

JT smile to blue and said, "I'm JT, it's a pleasure to meet you"

Sally stares, wide eyed, at the sights and sounds of Ponyville. "Wow... All this time just outside of my reach and I never even knew it... It's all so beautiful... How is it everything looks so beautiful even after the war? Earth didn't look even half this pretty..."

Lydia smiles and waits for a door to close. "I can do doors too..." She fuses it closed with a smile and a small laugh.

Sally takes on a relieved tone. "Well... In about five minutes you'll have everything but feeling in the worst affected areas, mainly your inner arms, shoulders, and around your heart. That work will be kinda dicey, so I'm going to take it slowly."

Blue frost jumped off of colgates back and looked at Lydia. She thought it was cool. She got really close and felt the warm. But her body remained cold as ice "c-cool" she said.

 

Lydia smiles, happy to see Blue showing something other than shyness. "Hi... I'm Lydia, and I'm glad to see someone can get some enjoyment out of these powers... They hurt someone I love, but they also do come in handy."

(And so it begins.)

Lydia smiles. "Don't worry... Everyone knows PACE is gone, and the whole 'haunted' thing is just because of an overly playful AI... Celestia, JT, and I can take care of her while you get her father... It'll be fine..."

 

Sally looks confused. "Why would you think that? You're afraid of her but you'll take her , alone I might add, to a stellar body no one else has heard of and let her go all crazy psycho fire bitch on it? I don't think she wants to hurt you..."
