Lydia turns around just in front of the trap, digs a few bolts out of her pocket and throws them into the trap, watching as they twist and deform. "Don't worry JT... I'll be fine in about an hour... A little gravity manipulation won't hurt me... You need to go with the others, I promise I'll see you again." She gives a small salute, closes her eyes, and prepares to step into the trap.

Sally looks defeated. 'Sir, there's nothing I can do... That trap isn't in my scope of hacking... Whatever placed it is far more advanced than we are."

 

Lydia sighs. "You're not to die here, not like this... I'm not either, if I was I wouldn't be doing this. You are going to meet the dragon, whatever she is, and you're going to do whatever's necessary..." Her eyes flicker red again "plus, she's saying that I cannot be present when you meet her, I would be a danger to all of time."

Hank looks at lydia "lydia..you better be back. please.." he said as he watches lydia enter the trap and closes his eyes and waits for the time to be able to run through so that he can be closer to facing dragon and being able to kill her hoping he wont know dragon

(It's alright Sally, I wish we could do something but I guess this is the way it has to be. I guess she will be fine too, I hope she isn't lying to us just to make us feel better) he says to Sally as he watches.

Sally gives him a sympathetic smile. 'I hope so too... If I were here I'd have held her till she melted me to nothing, I guess I'm not as good at trusting as you are... She wouldn't lie to us... She knows that would crush you...'

Hank looks at lydia "lydia..you better be back. please.." he said as he watches lydia enter the trap and closes his eyes and waits for the time to be able to run through so that he can be closer to facing dragon and being able to kill her hoping he wont know dragon

I possessed myself because it was an easier way to get you all here than trying to convince you all I was who I said I was... It started with an argument between me and JT... I said something stupid, he said something mean, I got mad and thought that with the practice I'd been doing he could take the heat... I was wrong. I watched the love of my life melt in front of my eyes... Then I lost it... I demanded you bring him back, but all the Huon I had accidentally put into him on that fateful day mad it impossible, and something went wrong... You got hurt and started to regenerate when you told me the news... I remember being so angry I couldn't control myself, and I killed you too... Celestia was furious, and she sent everyone and everything she could after me... I spent the next few years on the run in the tardis, never knowing where I would go, reading and learning, but never sleeping... I eventually made it back to earth, and they gave me sanctum as an experiment. Celestia demanded I be turned over, and when the UN refused I was the focal point of the Great Equestrian Invasion... I finally figured out why Eternum worked for me but not JT... When I dosed myself with it, the tardis was searching for a protector for you, and so it linked me to its heart, meaning I can't die, no matter how hard I tried... All I have left of my timeline's versions of you two are these." She pulls out a melted and mangled P90 as well as a badly melted Sonic Screwdriver. "So I guess you're right, where I come from I did kill you, but I didn't want to..."

She loved you, and she simultaneously hated Celestia for taking you from her and was grateful to her for being there for you even when you couldn't... If you change the future, my timeline won't cease to exist, yours will just change... And I'm trapped here and mortal now, so you can do whatever's necessary to make sure this me doesn't have to go through 10 long years of sorrow... Hank looks at JT "you heard her JT. well.. what i could do is that when JT dies.. i can transfer him to the TARDIS so that he can become an AI like the rose human AI so you can have someone to love still and talk to when he dies.. he will be able to talk normal like sally." he said as he looks at lydia "do you know how i start the regeneration?"

Lydia shakes her head, starting to grow angry. "Please, hank... I don't want JT to die... An AI would be nice, but if he's just careful past me can have flesh and blood JT... That's what I'm trying to do, stop myself from killing the one I love, and becoming a demon for it."

"You and Luna stayed together, and during the invasion of earth you bravely defended her from several human attacks. Then Celestia sent you and her to kill me, hoping I would hesitate to kill my friends long enough for you to finish the job. You put up a hell of a fight, but eventually I got too angry, and I tried to vaporize Luna to end it... You jumped in the way, I still remember your last words... They were 'Please, take care of Blue.' To this day I don't know who those words were directed to, but they were one of the two reasons I came back here to change the past... I don't want my darling Blue to lose her father..."

As for the Pandorawhatsit, I think I wound up sealing it up, filling a pool with liquid tungsten, and dropped it in. It ain't going to open in my timeline, at least not soon."

'Current day' Lydia runs down the path. "Hey guys, what did I miss? Did you kill the dragon? Hey, what's with the weird faces?"

Thunder stood there "damn....I died hard" he said to himself. He shook his head from the thought.

 

Tobi looked around, he already new things they didnt, everything just crowded his brain with thoughts. Memories. And pain. Non of which was his. Made him feel wired. But no one could see his expressions under his mask, making him unnoticeable of his thoughts and feelings.
