(Yes I know this next part is impossible, but I want to do this because I want to )

 

Ivan groans and says, "here, I'll show you the stalliongrad party trick" he starts to cough until the bullet pops out of his mouth and onto the floor "he hit me in the lung and it got stuck..." He rips off his dog tags and takes his hat off, "miss... Take these to rosko, I know my risk, and I know I'm a goner.... Please go make sure he is ok" he puts a hoof to Lydia's face and slowly loses conscienceness and falls lifeless.

(from a medical standpoint, that actually is almost possible... And it would lead to a very rapid and painful death... Sometimes Reality is Unrealistic.)

Trixie smiles, "Well... If you say so... I just did what I thought would save somepony... After everything that happened, I'm just trying to make up for everypony I hurt..."

Lydia sighs, "I'm sorry kid... I wish I could have done more... There's only one more thing I can do, give you a proper sendoff..." she gathers Ivan's tags and hat and steps back a few yards. "We will never forget your sacrifice." the air around Ivan glows, and his body is vaporized in a pillar of white flame.

Amire laughs, "you think i wanted to kill him because he was a bad guy? no, i was going to kill him and frame canterlot, knowing the brash stalliongrad ponies, there would have been an immediate war following that. you two would have crippled each other and the zebras would have taken over

Lydia smiles, "I only did what I could... I was trying to save him, but I couldn't do that... You're lucky whoever tried to kill you was a cocky amateur. If he had used a bigger gun the bullet would have killed both of you."

Trixie starts laughing, "Wait, you're serious? Stalliongrad may have caught us surprised, but we would have rolled over them and then found you. The power disparity between Canterlot and Stalliongrad is too huge for youe mind to comprehend."

Stalliongrad may be cold, but if you attacked us or we attacked you in anything other than winter the power differential would melt you into nothing in less than a day."

Lydia shakes her head, "Let them say what they're going to say... If they look like they're going to fight, we can step in..."
