Rosko lead them to a room where there is a huge screen on the wall, he puts in a few codes and a message apears says CONTACTING ZEBRA COMMAND

 

JT looks frightened, "Lydia?? whats wrong????" he lets her go, knowing he would be severly burned if he didnt

Lydia looks at JT, eyes wide with fear. "What do you" She relaxes, realization passing through her mind as her body cools down. "Oh, oh JT... I'm so sorry... I just felt someone touching me and saying something while I slept, and I reacted... Please forgive me..." she hugs him with a look of regret on her face.

 

Celestis nods "I can be nice and cautious." She said and smiles as she watches thr screen waiting "so.. who shall speak first?"

A zebra in the communications center picks up the call. "Da? You've reached zebra..." he notices everyone in the room. "Oh, ponies... what do you want?"

Rusko decides to speak first, "hello zebra, this is the command center at Stalliongrad, we would like to talk to the commander on matters of a peace treaty and a possible trade alliance." he says calmly

 

JT looks confused, "wait, somone else touched you while we were both sleeping?"

Celestia sighs "I have also been informed of a resource you are looking for. May I ask what it is?" She asked she looks at jt and hank as hank walked in. Hank looks at the zebra "you seem really familiar. Have we met before?" He said as he watches the screen as he tries to show he isnt injured

Celestia sighs "I have also been informed of a resource you are looking for. May I ask what it is?" She asked she looks at jt and hank as hank walked in. Hank looks at the zebra "you seem really familiar. Have we met before?" He said as he watches the screen as he tries to show he isnt injured

The zebra shrugs. "I don't deal with policy... I'm only a switchboard operator... My name is Xenith, if you've heard of me, but I don't think I've met you before..."

The commander gives him a quizzical look. "We need gems... You have a lot of them, and we need them to use magic... We were going to try to negotiate with you, but we couldn't think of what we could give you in return... Then we got roped into this war with you, and when you set that star-demon loose in Canterlot we lost a lot of good soldiers... Our people don't want to be cursed again..."

I can have some of ours try to teach some of your ponies the zebra style of magic, but I don't know how well it would work..."

 

Lydia frowns. "I don't know what's causing them... They were getting better, but after what happened with the Dragon, I've been dreaming that you left me, and I didn't know why... I know you wouldn't, but I still have dreams that you do..."

The griffons are going to attack you soon, they think we're going to help... I can send you what details I have, but there's a lot of information he's keeping me in the dark about... If you promise to not hurt the soldiers I have to send, I can give that star-demon of yours the exact locations of their troops... Then we can just leave the main force to it while your troops focus on the fast-attack units that are coming."

 

Lydia nods. "I know that, but it's like my subconscious still thinks that you will... If I ever start talking in my sleep again, just remember that it's not me... When I'm asleep I'm dangerous to you, so if I ever start talking in my sleep don't make any sudden movements, and above all don't touch me..."

He wanted us to use our young to try to deter your star-demon from attacking, but we both know that would have just led to them dying as well... Thank you for being so accommodating to us, I'll transmit more data about what the griffons are doing to you as I learn more... Thanks."

 

Lydia hugs JT. "I'm so sorry I can't just fix it... I know that I almost hurt you just now... And all of that after I nearly gave you a heart attack by getting myself captured... We should probably get up and see how the war effort is going."

Hank nods "your welcome." He runs off to the tardis and smiles as he went down to the mountain. And smiles snd laughs as he walks around waiting hoping that he isnt falling into a trap as he paces around.

Please, make sure that you can prove to them that it won't hurt them or they might try to hurt it... And I don't want to see them die over a simple misunderstanding... Just, make sure it's gentle with them..."
